The views from the hotel
The poor breakfast (toaster broken down, charging 40 IRP -more than 2€- for an espresso at breakfast...), old and worn out towels in the bath room, no reading lights in bed, occasional long waits to take the lift (one of the three elevators was broken down).

Good service , Great View dan good Food
If you want a hotel that's in the city and close to good restos, then this is the hotel for you. Room was spacious. My friends and I asked specifically for 2 connecting rooms with great view. And yes, we did have amazing view of the ocean!
One minus point was that when we arrived, the door that connected our rooms were not opened (we arrived after dinner!) and it took them almost an hour to open the door.
We didn't take advantage of the breakfast. Anyway, the hotel is in walking distance from good restaurants, Fort Rotterdam & several museums and of course, pantai Losari boardwalk. Very convenient.

Das Hotel feiert in diesem Jahr das 10-Jährige. Teilweise wirkt es etwas älter. Die Zimmer könnten renoviert werden und die Bettwäsche sollte auch erneuert werden.

The location was perfect, because very near our event venue.
The dampness of the pillows, even though slightly, I still have to cover them with the towel.
I expected a decent experience from a hotel of this standard, but sadly that’s not what I got. The room is spacious and the service has been great, but the cleanliness is highly questionable. I arrived to find a bedcover that smelled unpleasant, as if it hadn’t been changed in a very long time. I’ve already called housekeeping to replace the sheets and bedding, but I’m still waiting.

Het personeel is enorm gastvrij, vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
De kamers hadden gebreken zoals niet functioneerde airco en kapotte minibar. Kregen snel een upgrade van de zeer vriendelijke office manager echter had die kamer ook gebreken zoals kapotte raambekleding, lekkage in de wc, bevlekte beddengoed.
Het hotel toont hier en daar slijtage en slecht onderhoud. Vooral het tapijt in de kamers zijn versleten of hebben veel vlekken. Veel van de versier marmer bij de liften zijn afgebrokkeld.
Vaak zijn gerechten op het menu van het restaurant niet meer te bestellen omdat deze op waren.
Ik hoop dat het hotel de gebreken snel oplost want het is nog steeds een fijn hotel om te verblijven maar het management moet wel het achterstallig onderhoud aanpakken..
