スタッフ良しビュッフェの朝食良し
Pros:

スタッフの方の気配り、対応、笑顔、全てにおいて素晴らしかったです

Cons:

友人が泊まったら部屋のトイレとシャワールームに異臭があり、友人は気持ち悪くなってしまいました。帰り際に聞いたので、早くフロントに言ってあげれば良かったと思いました

蛇口が使いにくい仕様で、適温にするのに時間が掛かります
シャワールームの排水も悪かったです

Clean, comfy & convenient!
Pros:

Very clean, great location, comfortable beds & included breakfast was super convenient (& great for displaying allergies).

Cons:

Room was a bit small which was hard to have two suitcases but other than that great!!

快適に過ごせる
Pros:

バスタブがよかった。ベッドも寝心地快適だった。清掃もとても行き届いていて気持ちがよかった。チェックアウトしてからも無料のロッカーでスーツケースを保管してくれるのも助かった。明洞からも歩いてすぐだけど静かな環境で過ごしやすい。

Cons:

バスルームはとっても快適だったのですが・・・まさかのスケスケでトイレもバスタブに入っている姿もすべて寝室から丸見え。家族でも困ると思う。プライベートがなくて、同僚と同室だったが若干気まずかった。

Bra beliggenhet, hyggelig personale, fin lobby, hard seng og generelt ikke det beste rommet.
Pros:

Veldig bra beliggenhet, gå avstand til Myeongdong shopping street og til N-Seoul tower! Hyggelig personale. Var også Shuttlebus til flyplassen som gikk når som helst på døgnet til visse tider. Kostet 17000 won som ikke er ille :)

Cons:

Hard seng, litt skittent på badet og generelt litt rart bad. Ingen knagger på rommet til å henge ting, var kun to knagger på badet også, som var litt dumt for hvor skal man henge dusjhåndkle? Ingen lounge stol eller lignende, måtte være i senga for å slappe av.

Perfect Stay for a Seoul trip
Pros:

We already booked Sotetsu several times as the area is perfect and everything is easy accessible. The staff is always nice and the rooms are comfortable and clean
