Pros:

Das Hotel und Frühstück - alles perfekt. Es ist in einer guten Lage, direkt vor dem Hotel ist eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Im Stadtzentrum ist man schnell.
Das Personal ist jung und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank. Besonders die Zimmermädchen, die ihren Dienst am Sonntag 12.7. hatten.
Vielen Dank auch für das kleine Geschenk - eine kleine, schöne Erinnerung an Prag.

Gerne wieder als Option für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt.

Замена подушек. В остальном- очень положительные впечатления.
Pros:

Очень профессиональная работа ребят на рецепции. Отель чистый, в номере есть всё необходимое, современная техника в ванной комнате, идеальное расположение.

Snídaně byla dostačující, velký výběr na malém prostoru, parkování mimo hotel cca. do 300 metrů, vše čisté

Cons:

v létě pokoje bez klimatizace, bylo trochu horko, ale v noci se ochladilo

My travel was significantly disrupted, so arrived after the usual check-in time. The staff were responsive to communications and the late arrival instructions (via booking.com) were perfect.

Cons:

Only complaint is the lack of attachment to hold the shower head up.

Celkově spokojenost.
Pros:

Lokalita klidná, i když byla okna na hlavní ulici. V blízkosti možnost nákupu potravin i veřejného stravování a příjemná cukrárna. Snídaně v hotelu výborná. Recepční příjemné. Dobrá dostupnost z hlavního nádraží. Pokoj čistý.

Cons:

V horkém letním počasí bychom ocenili klimatizaci, ale údajně je instalace v jednání s památkáři.
