We want a full refund. Being able to shower is a necessity - and especially when you’re paying over $300 for a room
Pros:

If you stood on the balcony and looked right then the sea view was nice

Cons:

No hot water. At all. We had to go to the gym downstairs to shower. Couch very uncomfortable. Room needs doing up - broken hinges etc.

Great value for money
Pros:

Great location (walk distance to restaurants/cafes), all you need in a flat/apartment. Great facilities as well, could enjoy the spa and sauna.

I would not recommend and I would not return, the managers were lovely though but it was too cold and too shabby, not go

Cons:

1. No one is at reception when we arrive, you have to call and wait. Resulting in an international charged phone call
2.The room was very very cold- our heater was broken kept shorting out the apartment, the managers had to give us their heater but it was insufficient to heat the apartment, we need to have blankets on us through the evening
3.The blinds did nothing to block out the light from the neighbouring hotel and were broken- room was very light all night
4.The fridge was noisy
5.Everything in the apartment was run down and shabby ie: the tv didn’t work and we had to call the office multiple times ragtime heater and tv

We are hoping to return again, and definitely wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.
Pros:

The location was very close to the shops and beach. The apartment was very clean, beautifully furnished, and the staff went out of their way to provide assistance in all ways they could.

Great location small apartment
Pros:

My major beef was that the apartment was small. It was the most expensive property we stayed in on our entire three week holiday in New Zealand. It was in a good location but half the size of the properties before and after that were much cheaper.
