The staff are great!
Pros:

The hotel is relatively close to restaurants and places to shop. It’s also easy to find and located in a very safe area.

Cons:

The view from the room is a typical of a huge city. The station we use is under construction, which makes our travel difficult with large suitcases without escalators or elevators.

Pros:

Soggiorno di una sola notte ma vicina alla stazione della monorotaia Jr che all'aeroporto di Haneda porta in centro. Stazione metro ad una fermata da Giza. Supermarket collegato alla hall dell'albergo comodissimo.

Cons:

Nulla da segnalare per una notte.

Wonderful, comfortable, and convenient stay!
Pros:

It was close to Daimon station, family mart right next door, ample restaurants nearby, typically opposite direction of rush hour traffic. The staff was wonderful, the room was comfortable and clean, and they have what is needed.

Cons:

It seemed to be more of a business area, so while there are restaurants and convenience stores, it may not be ideal for someone looking for an area geared for tourists.

Excelente localização, limpeza impecável, equipe muito atenciosa e ótimos diferenciais

Hotel com localização muito boa, próximo a estações, restaurantes e lojas de conveniência, incluindo um FamilyMart anexo ao prédio, trazendo bastante praticidade para o dia a dia durante a estadia.

A limpeza do quarto estava excelente e as amenidades disponíveis atenderam muito bem às necessidades. A equipe foi extremamente simpática e prestativa durante toda a estadia. Um diferencial foi o cuidado diário com pequenos detalhes, como a disponibilização de toalhas limpas, máscaras faciais e garrafas de água mineral.

Outro ponto muito positivo foi o suporte da equipe no envio das malas ao aeroporto. Além de auxiliarem no processo, eles indicaram uma empresa com melhor custo-benefício do que a opção que havíamos consultado inicialmente, o que facilitou bastante.

Love this place - ideal for the budget conscious traveller.

This is the fourth time we have stayed here. Great staff. Location, location, location! And easy to access the Haneda airport monorail - 10 minute easy stroll.
