Pros:

The best part about the hotel was definitely the staff, especially the woman and the guy at the reception. They were incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful throughout our stay! The hotel has an amazing view of the mountains and is conveniently located close to all the restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back here!

Cons:

A few recommendations for improvement: We paid extra to upgrade to a room with floor-to-ceiling windows, as we really wanted to enjoy the mountain view. The view was amazing, but unfortunately the windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while. In general, the rooms are a little outdated and could benefit from a more thorough deep cleaning. That said, it didn’t bother us too much and we still really enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast could also have had a little more variety. We would have appreciated some more fresh fruit, perhaps some yoghurt or similar options. One small thing that would have been nice was hand soap in the bathroom, so you don’t have to use the shower gel from the shower every time you wash your hands.

Our stay in Sapa became more special because of Sapa Vista Hotel
Pros:

Really amazing view! It is exactly as you see in the pictures. It is also so spacious! It is such a good deal, plus the customer service is great. They are very accommodating and helpful to us. Also the location is convenient.

Another surprise is from the room 608, you can actually see Fansipan if you zoom in and if the sky is clear! (See photo)

Cons:

The only thing that was a bit lacking to me is the lights in the room, because it is a bit hard to fix my things around at night, but its not a big problem.

Great stay, would recommend
Pros:

Great rooms, very comfortable. Great location out of the main square and away from the really busy Sa Pa vibe but close enough to walk and enjoy the main attractions, cafes and restaurants. We had a group booking and when the group all said how soft their beds were but mine was not, I was able to speak to reception and swap rooms with no issue.
Staff were amazing, really helpful and went above to assist.

Bathrooms were small in particular the showers are a tight fit

Pros:

Everything was as expected, beautiful view from balcony when not foggy. Breakfast very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location not in the centre but within walking distance to everything. Lovely after all.

Descent price, hotel staff are excellent and surely recommend to anyone if you are looking for a good value for uour mon
Pros:

The view of the mountains, peaceful and quiet neigborhood. Breakfast was descent. Sapa station is just few minutes walk but i usually take grab as it was cheap.

Cons:

Probably the bed as it was soft and a bit of noise in the bed when tried to move.

A wonderful stay to visit the Fanzipan
Pros:

Great view, large room with all facilities and fantastic helpful staff, especially the reception lady who helped us with Fanzipan tickets and Ha Giang trip.
