Pros:

Great location and a lovely building that is well finished in a somewhat quirky style. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Food good with 20% off prices for residents.

Cons:

Sadly the aircon unit was not in the room and it was one of the hottest nights of the summer.

2 night stay to explore Hampton Court Palace and river walks.
Pros:

Good sized rooms and comfy beds. Friendly staff and very helpful. Pub light and clean, and good food in the evenings. Handy for the main road into Kingston one way and Richmond the other, and on a bus route, also 10 mins walk from the station.

In the words of General MacArthur ."I shall return".
Pros:

Breakfast very good and a good choice from menu.
Staff were super and most helpful, and as an older chap, was looked after by the Bar staff especially!
Would book again if ever down that way.
Again, enjoyed my stay and hope tovisot again.Bar closed

Pros:

We were upgraded to a beautiful room. It was comfortable and spacious. Unfortunately, the 2 ladies in the room next door talked non stop until late at night and recommenced very early in the morning. There does not seem to be any sound proofing between the rooms as we could literally hear their conversation.

Cons:

We had dinner in the pub downstairs. While the meal was ok, it was overpriced. Bar staff ignored us as they conversed with local drinkers.

Pros:

Lovely large comfortable room. Separate section with bunk beds. Separate lounge area with couch and tv. Room came with mini fridge and tea/coffee station with a Nespresso. With 30 degree temperatures, the air conditioning was greatly appreciated.

We had tea at the pub which was excellent quality. As was their breakfast. Would definitely book again.

Cons:

There is limited parking for 3 cars but there is paid street parking.
