A lovely place to stay in a great location.
Pros:

The location was excellent. Just a short walk to the train station, the town and the river.
The staff were really friendly. The room was very spacious and clean. The Sunday lunch was very tasty.

Cons:

The room was very hot with no A/C and the windows couldn't be opened. There was a fan in the room but with temperatures around 30 degrees it was just blowing hot air around.

Pros:

The first impression I had of the property was a warm, welcoming, vibrant place with very courteous, friendly staff. But it got even better the more I discovered.

Cons:

The rooms were a generous size with great facilities including air conditioning, so needed in this exceptional weather. We had everything we needed on site, food, drink and exceptionally comfortable beds. I cannot praise the quality of the breakfasts enough. The toiletries were divine and there was even fresh milk in the room for tea making. Added to all of that the centre of Kingston was an easy walk away including the railway station.

The room was very well equipped and air conditioned.
Bramley bathroom products, Illy coffee pods and good selection of clipper tea, were provided along with Complimentary, refrigerated milk and water.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the shower very roomy.
We stayed in No.9 in a separate annexe at the rear of the pub overlooking the garden and small guest carpark, which was lovely and secluded . With the added benefit of a comfortable sofa.
Breakfast was delicious. Served in the main pub, which was tastefully decorated, and well organised. Fresh coffee, fruit, juices, pastries and cereals along with a good selection of, hot, food options were available.
The reception team were very welcoming, personable, polite and enthusiastic

Bellissimo Pub appena fuori dal centro di Kingston, stazione raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Camere molto ben arredate, pulite ed accoglienti. Molto buona la colazione così come la cena. Davvero un bel posto dove soggiornare e tornare.

Pros:

Great base for us visiting for a wedding. Lovely shower, clean bathroom, comfy bed. Ideal late check out times. Really handy your room came with a fan as we visited on such a hot weekend!

Cons:

Breakfast buffet bar could have been re stocked and fuller for later comers - this is being really nit picky though (the staff got us everything we needed)
