Pros:

The location is exceptional and so convenient for everything. The tram stops right outside the hotel. And it's within walking distance of the main attractions and the central station. The staff are fantastic and so helpful and friendly. Very good food in the restuarant.

Cons:

Our room faced the street which is very noisy at night with people in the restuarant below and the trams which run frequently. This goes on until late into the night. Best ask for a room higher up not on the front. But important to note that there is no lift and steep stairs to access the rooms.

"Otele girdiğimiz gün tavanda bulunan havalandırma rahatsız edici bir ses ve uğultu yayıyordu. Görevlilere durumu bildirdik; sesi keseceklerini söylediler fakat kesmediler. Bir sonraki gün de bu sesten dolayı uyuyamadığımızı ilettik. Yine sorunu çözeceklerini söylemelerine rağmen bir şey yapmadılar. Kaldığımız iki gece boyunca tatilimiz bu ses yüzünden rezil oldu ve geceleri hiç uyuyamadık."
