Cons:

The rooms wasn’t clean. There was a spider in the toilet. There was a flies and the room there was smell of smoke in the whole hotel the other room that we booked for my parents there was a still plastic wrap around the bed and they lied. They said we never arrive at the hotel we did arrive. We saw the rooms then we said cancel that booking and we left.

حجزنا جناح جونيور مع اطلاله ع البحر وعند الوصول قال الموظف والمدير ايش رايك نرقي لك الغرفه تدفع فرق بسيط وتاخذ جناح وجاكوزي قلنا نبي اللي حجزناه قال غير متوفر اللي حجزتوه ادفعو زياده ونعطيكم افضل وعند الرفض وتهديد بالغاء الحجز قالو خلاص نعطيكم الجناح اللي فيه جاكوزي اليوم وبكره تاخذون جناحكم اللي حاجزينه وجى اليوم الثاني وقالو مافيه الاغرفه مو اللي حاجزينها وبعد الرفض ومحاولات قالو خلاص وعطيكم جناح مقارب لطلبكن واعطونا غرفه لاباس فيها للاسف تكرر الموضوع مع كذا شخص شفت تعليقاتهم وواجهتها بنفسي للامانه الموظف كان افضل تعامل من مدير الفندق

Unfortunately, there was nothing I genuinely liked about the property.

Cons:

The professional photos are misleading, as the property is actually an old building converted into a hotel. I booked two separate rooms, but at check-in the staff persuaded us to accept what they described as a better two-room apartment. In reality, it was one bedroom with a small attached sleeping area containing two beds, with only one bathroom and one small wardrobe for everyone.

The next day, they agreed to move us to the two separate rooms we had originally booked. After waiting two hours, they asked us to pack everything and leave our luggage ready before going out. We returned seven hours later to find that nothing had been moved, and they claimed no rooms were available. Only after a serious complaint did they finally provide the two rooms we had originally booked and paid for.
