As per Colombia's tax laws Foreign visitors and Colombian citizens currently living outside Colombia are tax-exempt (19% VAT) when receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 stamp or TP12 visa upon entry to the country. Exemption only applies to room package rates (accommodations plus service). Permit must be shown upon arrival.

MINORS POLICY Minors must always be accompanied by an adult relative, in development of the provisions of Article 17 of Law 679 of 2001, the agency warns the tourist that the exploitation and sexual abuse of minors in the country are criminally and administratively punishable under Colombian law. All minors must present a valid identification document to check in at the Hotel (the documents accepted by the Hotel may vary in each case, but usually identity cards, passports and civil registries are accepted). In the event that the minor is not in the company of his/her parents during his/her stay, at the time of check-in, he/she must present his/her identification (identity card, passport and/or civil registry), a copy of his/her parents' identification and a letter of authorization signed and authenticated or apostilled by both parents, expressly authorizing the adult present with the minor to check him/her in at the Hotel. Nothing in these terms and conditions modifies the immigration requirements of the country, nor the duties that must be legally complied with to carry out such procedures (such as formalities of the exit permit or similar before the corresponding authorities). 1. Habitaciones no tienen nevera ni paquetes. Entonces agua se calienta y si dulces o paquetes madrugada por al huésped le da hambre.
2. El parqueadero es supremament incómodo porque se demoran mucho con la entrega y es complejo que. Uno no pueda revisar el carro (para viajar) como agua frenos etc. es demorado la entrega.
3. No tienen domicilios.

La ubicación , no me gustó la cama , éramos 3 y solo había 2 camas y pequeñas , el desayuno muy simple , no tenían casi proteínas , el aire acondicionado siempre se pone en 17 y hace mucho frío en las noches , las entradas son incómodas xq debes subir al lobby q está arriba y al inicio no tienes claro por donde entrar

No hay ducha en el área del jacuzzi y su uso no es práctico.
Estaba realizando un cobro de algo que no había consumido el huesped.

no poder manejar el aire acondicionado a gusto. La television no me parecio para u n hotel de cadena internacional.
