Es war sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Zimmer waren außerdem groß und das Bett sehr gemütlich.
Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht- der dafür vorgesehene Bereich sah aber ansprechend aus.
In der Lobby konnte man sich kostenlos Wasser nehmen.
Ausreichend und kostenlose Parkplätze.

Very clean and comfortable

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The waitress who was working the dinner shift was excellent. No complaints…just a happy face!

Great guest experience. Their bar and bar manager Luis was the best there is out there. Brought a great atmosphere and had an excellent experience with him and his team.

A wonderful experience! From check in, throughout and departure. Jessica at the front desk was very helpful, I was tired when we arrived and couldn’t think straight but she guided me to the right experience, right room not only based on my profile but also by just asking questions. When I needed anything she was very helpful. We came down for breakfast and inquired about certain menu items, the chef, Corey, must’ve overheard because he actually came to meet and talk with us to see what we were requesting and if I tell you he did it even better than we wanted! (I took pictures because the presentation was so nice). Christy waited on us and she was what a chain like the Hilton is expected to represent. We gave exceptional tips to both because of the simple appreciation behind their intent of service. I stay at so many Hilton’s and this is one the top of the list and it’s on my favorites on the app. We’ll be back and when we need a place to put people when they come in town, they’ll definitely be sent here simply because I know the staff here will take care of them the way that I would.

My wife and I chose this Hotel based on the new room remodel. We first meet Jessica at the front desk. She suggested that we eat dinner there. We did and it took 45 minutes and still didn’t get our food. When we were leaving the young lady came to the car and informed us that our food was ready. It was very good despite the Waite. We decided to eat breakfast there the next morning and was Bless to have Christy as our server. We told her about our experience and she went into make it right mode. Also Cory the supervisor went above and beyond the call of duty. They were so helpful that we almost forgot about yesterday’s longer than expected waiting. Let me tell you, these guys are the type of employees who makes your name a name. We left tips above and beyond and we also left with a new heart for your Hotel. Who ever is reading this please give them my thanks and let them know by raises and bonuses the great work they are doing to make you a successful business. Facts

I had the good fortune of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn North Houston/Spring during the last weekend in May, for a friend’s wedding. The couple had booked a block of rooms here for out-of-town guests. I am typically not one to submit reviews, but I had to send special shout-outs to the wonderful team at this location: HUGE THANKS to Sonia for impeccable housekeeping and to Kandrea for her being helpful during check-out. And SO MUCH GRATITUDE to Trinity, for her genuinely kind assistance throughout our entire stay; it really meant a lot. Exemplary hospitality all around from this team. I look forward to staying here again for any future trips from Austin to Houston, from now on.

One of the best places I have ever stayed at. Jessica in housekeeping was awesome. She was like a ghost you came back and your room is pristine. Christy, and Gracie are the best servers ever. Skylar is perfect for the bar. Trinity was super welcoming when we checked in.

Eunice was fast friendly and understanding and presented herself well. Which is rare in her line of work blessed to have had her service.
