Overall disappointing, great location.
Pros:

The property was a great location, very beautiful gardens and the garden rooms were lovely and spacious.

Cons:

Due to the power surge in London the air con went down, which is out of the control of the hotel, however the 3 times we had to ask for help was unacceptable on my wedding day. One of my bridal party had to go to reception 3 times to ask for a fan, when the hotel was aware we were in hair and make up on the hottest June day, the lack of empathy and support for myself as the bride was poor given the cost of the hotel let alone the awards it’s won for service.

Lovely stay, but could be better for that price!
Pros:

I stayed for 1 night for my daughters wedding. The property itself was lovely & a great location.

Cons:

However the bathroom tap was broken, my bathroom was dirty and whilst the air con was down, the age it took to provide a fan to the wedding party was pretty poor.

Perfect In Every Way!
Pros:

Honestly, I don't know where to begin. We went to London to cheer on a London Marathon runner and booked the trip though Costco Travel. The location of this boutique hotel was excellent-in a pretty and quiet neighborhood with close proximity to the tube, shops and places of interest. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, particularly Miko Selcuk, the concierge, who went above and beyond to be sure that we had everything we needed. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast where it was served with extraordinary service every morning in the well-appointed dining room. We couldn't be more pleased with our stay and hope to return!

Perfect in Every Way!

Honestly, I don't know where to begin! We were in London to cheer on a London Marathon runner. We booked this package through Costco Travel. We could not have been more pleased with the location of this boutique hotel-in a very pretty area with close proximity to the tube, shops and places of interest. The hotel was very charming and welcoming with a staff that far surpassed all expectations-particularly Miko Selcuk, the concierge who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed breakfast every day in the delightful, well-appointed dining room-it was absolutely delicious and impeccably served. There is not a single negative thing I can say-this is a gem of a hotel and we will be back!
