الموظفة المصرية واللبنانية ودودين جداً وتعاملهم راقي قامو بترقيه الغرفة من دون ان اطلب ذلك ووجدت ترحيب خاص مكتوب بخط اليد والادوات الصحية والمناشف جودتها عالية

Lovely but overpriced and better out there for same costing
Pros:

The property was stylish - with a very certain vibe - the staff were pleasant and attentive.

Cons:

In places it felt a bit tired and I found some areas not as clean as expected - I would expect a five star hotel to have some level of snacks in the room - we were given some mini biscuits (size of a thumb nail each) and then charged 50 pounds for the most overpriced snacks I've ever known especially in a five star hotel AND breakfast was included but we still had to pay for service charge on top - this did not feel like a five star experience at all - felt more like a money making scam - having stayed in other premium hotels - it was not what I was expecting - even in London

Pros:

Amazing location, very accommodating, great staff, wonderful bed. No need to tip as they request an optional service fee at the end, brilliant!

Cons:

Very dark grey colors throughout, beautiful property but a bit dark for my tastes.

It was very nice. Staff were very nice We enjoyed the bar and ability to have drink in the courtyard

Lo mejor la ubicación

Cons:

Las habitaciones y espacios en general muy pequeños y oscuros. Lo peor para mi fue que mi habitación olía a comida (como Restorán de comida india) el olor era muy fuerte especialmente en las tardes. Y eso no lo pudieron solucionar.
La ubicación, la limpieza y la atención fueron muy buenos
