Absolutely fantastic stay. No faults.
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location behind the gates was very appreciated. Were asked if we wanted a smoking or non smoking room, which we were very grateful for.

It was excellent!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Steigenberger Hotel Cairo. The hotel is very neat and always kept clean, and I really appreciated how the staff regularly changed the bed linen and checked in to make sure everything was okay or if I had any complaints.

What touched me the most was the birthday surprise. I honestly forgot it was my birthday because I was so exhausted from training. When I returned to my super clean room, I found a beautiful and delicious birthday cake waiting for me. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture, and it truly made my day special.

Thank you, Steigenberger, for making my stay so memorable. I’ll definitely keep coming back, God willing. ❤️

Hotel très bien situe mais un peu bruyant par moment le soir a cause de la rue.


Les personnels est très professionnel.

Mention spéciale pour le jeune homme Ali du 7 ème étage qui est bienveillant et au petit soin avec tout les clients. Et d'une gentillesse rare.

Et Asma au petit déj qui faisait qu'on manquait de rien.

Je reviendrai.

Struttura bella , ottima posizione al centro del Cairo a due passi da piazza tahrir . Il personale è sempre pronto ad aiutarti. Il ristorante è eccellente, il servizio in camera impeccabile e il cibo è di ottima qualità. Colazione ottima e molto ricca. Lo consiglio alla grande!!
