Gargantuan breakfast, excellent quality with a vast range of options served by very attentive staff. Spacious room with very good arrangement and a very comfortable bed

Comfortable stay.
Pros:

I liked the hotel/s central location, very close to Tahrir Square. The staff was very cooperative. We also used the hotel's travel guide and driver for some sightseeing, and they were very helpful.

Cons:

Although the facilities were superb, they did seem a bit overpriced compared to other hotels.

Excellent stay and welcoming staff
Pros:

Location is just next to my work visit building also location is very central and near all monuments

Cons:

Room is small for deluxe level and windows don’t open for fresh air.
Also, Windows are not sound proof from street traffic

Pros:

Food is amazing, huge selection and buffet concept for each meal. Hotel is very clean and safe, which is very important for the location. Staff was very helpful, even maybe to helpful at times. Each day there was a call from the reception to ask do I need anything :)

Cons:

There is just a small remark regarding the fitness center. It is very modest, with just a few treadmills, one eliptical, dumbel rack with 4, 6, 10, 12, and 20kg weights (not complete selection), one bench, without rack, and one mat. There is also slanted bench for abdominals, and one chest press. It is not nothing, but for a such high rated hotel I expected a proper gym.

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Het eten in het restaurant was heel gevarieerd en lekker.
De ligging van het hotel is dichtbij het oude museum van Caïro, voor de rest van de bezienswaardigheden is vervoer noodzakelijk. Wij hadden een privébusje met een uitstekende chauffeur en Nederlandssprekende gids.

Cons:

De kamer was goed maar geen mogelijkheid om ramen te openen.
Toch tamelijk veel geluidshinder van het zeer drukke verkeer op de baan langs het hotel.
En spijtig genoeg heeft de helft van het gezelschap pech gehad en kreeg diarree.

Every member of staff was very friendly. Little details like the restaurant manager memorising my name and asking how breakfast was every morning to the security at the entrance welcoming me everytime I returned back to the hotel was a nice touch. And then when I returned to my room on the day of my birthday I was greeted with a cake and card from the Guest Relations Team. This was not something I had mentioned so the staff must have picked it up from the details in my passport. Very kind and much appreciated!
