To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. A fachada do prédio é realmente muito bonita e está preservada. A parte comum do hotel é bem decorada e os ambientes trazem conforto. O quarto que ficamos hospedados era bem bonito! Faço um destaque especial ao conforto da cama e dos travesseiros.
O café da manhã é bom mas senti falta de diversificação tendo em conta que estive hospedada por 5 dias.
Quero destacar o excelente atendimento do Fernando, para mim foi um plus à nossa estadia!

La poca privacidad del baño dentro de la habitación y la ubicación de la habitación 38, tercer piso.Había estado antes en el segundo piso y la habitación era mejor. También no me gustó que no estuviera disponible el espacio de relajo.

Baño y pieza separados por una cortina. Poca privacidad en el area escusado. Que la ducha esté más integrada, está bien... pero el escusado, no tanto.
La habitacion estaba impable, muy linda iluminacion ,la atencion del personal 10/10 , estuvimos celebrando un cumpleaños y nos trataron muy bien incluso con un detalle a la habitacion, se sintio una experiencia para volver a repetir definitivamente.
La ubicación es excelente, vas caminando a todos los sitios emblemáticos de Santiago de Chile, el desayuno muy bien pensado para todo tipo de gustos y la habitación amplia y cómoda.
que hay que tener en cuenta que actualmente en el centro de Santiago, se encuentran maleantes y gustosos de lo ajeno.
