Inolvidable
Pros:

La habitacion estaba impable, muy linda iluminacion ,la atencion del personal 10/10 , estuvimos celebrando un cumpleaños y nos trataron muy bien incluso con un detalle a la habitacion, se sintio una experiencia para volver a repetir definitivamente.

La ubicación es excelente, vas caminando a todos los sitios emblemáticos de Santiago de Chile, el desayuno muy bien pensado para todo tipo de gustos y la habitación amplia y cómoda.

Cons:

que hay que tener en cuenta que actualmente en el centro de Santiago, se encuentran maleantes y gustosos de lo ajeno.

Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito, el desayuno excelente y el personal muy amable. La habitación muy cómoda y de buen tamaño. Habíamos visto que tenía buenos comentarios y quisimos concoerlo, superó nuestras expectativas.

Fabulous!
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Efficient attentive staff. Good English. Would have been 5stars but shower could have been a little hotter.
The gym facilities were great! Beautiful stairwell. Close for walking to major restaurant streets and sites. Felt safe and great vibe while still being quiet area.

Conforto e história
Pros:

O quarto muito bonito , cama, roupa de cama confortável , ducha , biblioteca, instalações do hotel de forma geral. Localização interessante . Casarão histórico bem restaurado.

Cons:

Chegamos após as 22:00 horas e já não havia mais restaurante e tampouco serviço de quarto . No dia seguinte tentamos novamente o restaurante no horário indicado e estava fechado para evento. O café da manhã poderia ser mais bem apresentado, além de maior quantidade de frutas (estamos no Chile!!!). As fotos dos alimentos apresentadas no site em nada se parece com a apresentação que é servida de fato.
