Pasamos un fin de semana relajados en un lindo lugar lleno de detalles arquitectónicos muy bonitos.
Pros:

La habitación impecable, sin ruidos en 6to piso. Atento y cordial el personal.

Cons:

Existe un área de bienvenida con bebestible gratis, pero pasamos y no había espumante que llevaron después y no estaba frío. Falta mejorar esa atención. Surtir y mantener frío y copas.

O hotel faz jus às fotos! Indico!
Pros:

A fachada do prédio é realmente muito bonita e está preservada. A parte comum do hotel é bem decorada e os ambientes trazem conforto. O quarto que ficamos hospedados era bem bonito! Faço um destaque especial ao conforto da cama e dos travesseiros.
O café da manhã é bom mas senti falta de diversificação tendo em conta que estive hospedada por 5 dias.

Cons:

Quero destacar o excelente atendimento do Fernando, para mim foi um plus à nossa estadia!

La poca privacidad del baño dentro de la habitación y la ubicación de la habitación 38, tercer piso.Había estado antes en el segundo piso y la habitación era mejor. También no me gustó que no estuviera disponible el espacio de relajo.

Lovely hotel in Barrio Lastarria
Pros:

We stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. We were able to get into the room and stay late for a small fee. The room was classy and a good size. Enjoyed the modern look in a historical building. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious with ability to order interesting egg dishes. The bed was extremely comfortable. There was street noise and ear plugs were provided.

Hotel choro, impecable. Muy buen servicio.
Biblioteca con bar, espectacular.

Cons:

Baño y pieza separados por una cortina. Poca privacidad en el area escusado. Que la ducha esté más integrada, está bien... pero el escusado, no tanto.
