Pros:

Property is strategically located .

Cons:

On the day I checked in l was given a different room from what I had booked and fully paid for online before my arrival and I got no apology from management despite my complaint .

Pros:

Great location in Nairobi. Security on the front gates.
Unfortunately we had a bad first night as the window, we realized in the morning, did not shut properly.
The next day they moved us to a new room, thank you.

The casheir hospitality was zero even their body language, there was not enough facility inside the room, once I arrived I had to take my luggage all the way my room omg that was so unkind and poor management.

Pros:

I love the breakfast style. I wasn't really conversant with the food at the rooftop, so after breakfast in the morning, it's advisable to get food outside if you don't know how to eat strange foods.

A very good and pleasant stay.
Pros:

I only had breakfast there once and found it a little expensive as I hadn't booked a package, Artcafe around the corner was $10 cheaper. The room was very clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Very little. I enjoyed my stay. The staff were always helpful and attentive.

Okay for a one night stay.
Pros:

Room was adequate for a one night stay.
Staff are great (changed my room from twin to double).
Restaurant was fairly priced and great views of Nairobi.

Toiletries were not great...
Towels were thin
Duvet thin.
