Nous vous recommandons cet hôtel uniquement en raison de son excellente localisation et si vous souhaiter passer plus de temps à l’extérieur. Parce que pour ma sœur et moi, l’expérience client a été un véritable flop.

Cons:

- L'accueil : le jour du Check-in, la dame à la réception a été totalement odieuse…Et a finalement dit qu'elle avait eu une longue journée pour justifier son comportement.
- La chambre : le ménage était fait d'une façon approximative, nous estimions donc que la chambre était sale. L’air conditionné, dans notre chambre, il faisait déjà très froid à Nairobi à cette période et malgré plusieurs relances afin de régler la température, cela n'a pas ete résolu. Nous avons dormi en grelotant pendant 3 jours.
- L’espace commun / le hall : un soir avant de sortir diner, nous faisons des photos de « nous », la gardienne nous a interpelé en nous disant que cela était interdit de faire des photos dans le hall.... En plus d'avoir été discourtoise, cela n'était mentionné nul par.

Cons:

We have stayed before and we loved the variety of the menu of the downstairs restaurant and with that closed we were disappointed. Like wise the outdoor roof top area was a great loss. The menu in the current restaurant upstairs is nothing to write home about
