Pros:

Ibis Styles is a great choice for a business trip or if you stay few days in Nairobi to explore the city. The staff is amazing, so very helpful and friendly. The rooftop bar is great as well, you can sit in the evening a relaxed atmosphere and enjoy the lights of Nairobi. Location is perfect, directly in the center which makes it easier to reach different parts of town easily.

The rooms were clean, breakfast was okay.

Cons:

1. I was harassed by a security guard for bringing a guest in my room for one hour. He threated to charge me an extra $50. He kept referring to hotel policies which were non-existent, and were not brought to my attention at check in.

My stay was exceptionally comfortable, spotless and impeccably clean room.
Pros:

Thank you for providing such a clean and pleasant environment during my stay. I particularly liked how well-sanitized and organized the room felt, especially the high-touch areas and the immaculate bathroom. Returning to such a tidy and fresh space each day made my entire trip much more relaxing. Keep up the excellent work!
