Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut und altmodisch. Man konnte nur den Stecker ziehen sie aber nicht einstellen.

Accueil déplorable. Receptionniste discourtois, soupçonneux, de mauvaise foi. Pas content parce que j’avais un petit chien, alors que j’avais appelé puis envoyé un mail pour savoir si le chien etait accepté. Le mail disait qu’il n’y aurait aucun frais supplémentaire. Il m’a mal parlé, d’emblée. J’ai patienté mais à la 3 eme replique discourtoise j’ai haussé le ton. Sa reponse a ete: ´vous pouvez annuler!´ Puis : ´parce que vous êtes cliente vous pensez que vous pouvez hausser le ton?´ Puis : ´taisez vous que je puisse parler’
Je me suis plainte le soir meme au service client. J’attends toujours une réponse. Il m’a annoncé 30€ pr le menage apres le chien et 10€ pr le parking.
Au final: chien + 20 € pour ménage, parking + 10€
Par ailleurs hotel vieillot. La salle de bain ne ressemble en rien à celles des photos.
Je ne recommande pas du tout!

Wir waren auf dem Weg von Frankreich nach Deutschland und suchten ein Hotel in Strandnähe. Es war ideal für uns gelegen.
Pros:

Die Lage war ideal und zu Fuß Entfernung zum Strand. Parkplatz vorhanden (€10/Nacht). Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich.

Sfeervol klassiek hotel, vriendelijk personeel, fijne ligging en veel faciliteiten voor lage prijs.
Pros:

Klassieke sfeer en inrichting van het hotel. De strandaccomodatie van het hotel, dichtbij en met korting op huur van ligbedden en parasol en op het eten in de bar. Heerlijke spaghetti alle vongole daar gegeten. Fietsen te huur voor lage prijs. TV kijken op groot scherm in de tv kamer van het hotel. Enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Fijne hoteltuin

Tafeltjes in de tuin niet altijd schoon.

Pros:

Perfect location to be close to everything but also to be quiet, the rooms are so big and clean. Amazing staff, Patricia and Carlota are absolutely great, very helpful, and easy to communicate I am surely be back here, I really recommend it!
