Very happy with my stay!
Pros:

The buffet breakfast was amazing and worth including. Staff was very helpful and kind. It was a fairly quiet hotel which was nice, being a little outside the core of Florence. Clean room, felt safe. Fresh linens and towels everyday was great, especially needed during the heatwave. Having access to the spa downstairs was a nice touch.

Cons:

A quick check of the supplies would have been good, ran out of body wash and conditioner a couple days in. There was no fan in the bathroom so had to always keep the door open to not get so steamy. The location would have been perfect if it wasn’t so hot - but being there in the thick of the heatwave, we found ourselves getting a taxi more often than wanted to get into the core of Florence.

A wonderful stay that exceeds expectations.
Pros:

The hotel very charming. It offers a great breakfast with a the selection changing each day. Orders for coffee, tea, etc are taken on arrival. The location is in a quiet area with good access to the city and other attractions. Use of the spa was a great addition to the booking!

Lovely hotel in a converted old mansion
Pros:

Best hotel of our one month trip to Italy. The room and bed were comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were excellent. It was far from the madding crowd, yet close enough by light rail.

Cons:

Nothing. It was all good.

Pros:

Very stylish lovely decor , good sized bedrooms with large bed, A/C , helpful friendly staff , enjoyed the spa .

Cons:

A little further from centre than we thought .. 25 min walk to dome area .

Good hotel and location away from the tourist centre was very pleasant. Some good local restaurants.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast with helpful staff.
Location slightly out of the centre worked well for us as the local tram system is excellent.

Cons:

One of the rooms on arrival had not been aired and smelled of drains, which was not good. The air con had not been switched on before out arrival which made it worse.
