Pros:

The hotel was very similar to it's description/photos. The rooms were a nice size with tall ceilings/windows, and large bathrooms which was appreciated. Our room faced the courtyard and was very quiet at night which was nice. And the staff was kind and helpful. I would say overall the property met expectations!

séjour agréable et représentatif des photos
Pros:

Le parking est accessible et pratique mais assez cher.
Le SPA est agréable, il faut le réserser en avance.
Le personnel est agréable et serviable.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est un peu simple, pas de miroir grossissant et pas assez d'étagère dans la salle de bains, on ne sait pas ou poser la trousse de toilette.

Great location and good value
Pros:

Liked the location, little bit away from the crowds. Close to tran stations. Fantastic spa at the end of a day of exploring Florence. Great breakfast.

Cons:

Rooms and shower is a tad small.

Absolutely stunning property and an incredible staff! I would stay there again and again!
Pros:

The property is absolutely beautiful and the courtyard is very nice for lounging. There are many birds in the courtyard who serenade you every morning! The room was very comfortable and felt like I was stepping back in time. The staff kept our room immaculate. There is an espresso machine in the room that I fell in love with. The front staff made recommendations for dinner and we thought we had died and gone to heaven. This was an amazing experience and I absolutely loved our time here!

Cons:

My only complaint is the 40 mosquito bites from my open windows. The air conditioner doesn’t come on until May (by law) and sometimes the days are warm and you want to open your windows. Unfortunately I was feasted upon by mosquitoes. But the staff was amazing by giving us a fan and bug spray. All so much appreciated! I realize screens aren’t really a thing in Italy and I can respect that! But be prepared with some repellent if you like open windows like I do!

Agréable cadre et hotel de charme, en retrait du centre mais bien placé
Pros:

l'hotel malgré son retrait du centre (mais c'était voulu pour éviter le bruit ) est trés accessible à pied ( 20mn du centre historique ). Le style de palais rénové et la décoration sont trés agréable avec du charme. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable.

Cons:

Suivant l'emplacement des chambres on entendait un petit peu les voitures. Une de nos chambres avait une mauvaise odeur d'égouts au départ, et j'ai demandé à mieux nettoyer les bondes de douche qui étaient sales. L'odeur est passé.Sinon le reste était correctement propre. Les matelas sont qq peu bruyants si on bouge et pourraient peut-être être changés... Le petit déjeuner est bon, et suffisant mais pour un 4 étoiles et après bien des voyages, nous nous attendions à plus de variétés, par exemple en pain.Le personnel du pt déjeuner sont agréables, mais tout le long du repas rien est débarrassé à mesure.
