There was blood on my comforter, when I called down I was told she was there by herself so I needed to come down and get the sheets. I had to go down, get the sheet set, go back up to strip the bed and make it myself. Mind you I wasn’t even given a comforter. Saw the housekeeping manager the next day while she was literally screaming at an employee in the lobby and told her the issues. She apologized, said she would see about compensation for my room and make sure she redid both beds while we were out. Well guess what, came back to the beds being the same, she did nothing at all! Night 2 with no comforter. Tried again to speak to a manager and no one is available for the 3rd time I’ve asked for someone. I was able to leave a voicemail for a manger so we’ll see if i even get a call back. Also my card was charged $60 more than my stay was supposed to be!
The location
The room was disgusting and dirty. Not even clean. I have pictures from when we first got into it
The breakfast was good, the room was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly!
The only thing that I didn't like while staying here, was there was someone above us staying with their children and during the early hours of the morning, all their kid kept doing was running back and forth for hours. Normally I don't care, but it woke my friends and I up out of sleep.

The staff were nice and helpful. They have full size toiletries. The location is close to shops and restaurants.
The room was not thoroughly clean. There were some areas that had things that should not have been overlooked.
Spacious room
Sink and bathtub wasn't draining properly and wasn't enough towel provided and the food was bad
The selection of breakfast items was not the best. The waffles, especially, did not have much taste.
It was a great price point and had free parking and free breakfast
Had to call several times about getting towels
