It was very disappointing and also embarrassing since I was bringing family that this was their first hotel experience.
Pros:

I liked this location and that it had free breakfast

Cons:

They downgraded one of my rooms to a 2 queens room and I didn’t find this out until I arrived. I was still charged the same rate. The pet fee on their website and the Hilton app said $50 but I was charged $75. The employee said they still needed to change it on the website but that the pet fee is now $75 and she couldn’t adjust it. The fruit at breakfast was rotten (I have pics). One of the room’s sink was clogged. The towels were stained and the rooms smelled really bad like mildew and musty.

Has problems with tv all weekend and a burning smell came from the other room we had booked and they also had tv problems , paid that much money and no tv I could of went somewhere cheaper to get it for that and a tv working

Good value & well staffed.
Pros:

Staff great, breakfast standard, lots of outlets in room, mostly comfortable

Cons:

Scratchy sheets, sliding bathroom door didn't lock, & there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so the room was a little musty.

Pros:

Easy check in, offered bottled waters when I arrived. They knocked on door in the morning to see if we needed anything. The beds were comfortable and the whole building including rooms were clean and breakfast was good !!

Terrible, blood on comforter, no help from anyone, charged more also
Cons:

There was blood on my comforter, when I called down I was told she was there by herself so I needed to come down and get the sheets. I had to go down, get the sheet set, go back up to strip the bed and make it myself. Mind you I wasn’t even given a comforter. Saw the housekeeping manager the next day while she was literally screaming at an employee in the lobby and told her the issues. She apologized, said she would see about compensation for my room and make sure she redid both beds while we were out. Well guess what, came back to the beds being the same, she did nothing at all! Night 2 with no comforter. Tried again to speak to a manager and no one is available for the 3rd time I’ve asked for someone. I was able to leave a voicemail for a manger so we’ll see if i even get a call back. Also my card was charged $60 more than my stay was supposed to be!

It was good. If I ever need a hotel in the area again, I'll most likely end up picking this one!
Pros:

The breakfast was good, the room was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly!

Cons:

The only thing that I didn't like while staying here, was there was someone above us staying with their children and during the early hours of the morning, all their kid kept doing was running back and forth for hours. Normally I don't care, but it woke my friends and I up out of sleep.
