Ein Hotel an guter Lage aber mit wesentlichen Einschränkungen
Pros:

Die hoteleigenen Parkplätze - in beschränkter Zahl - sowie die Nähe zur grossen Fussgängerzone sind für mich die einzigen Plus-Punkte dieser Unterkunft.

Cons:

Das ganze Haus hat gut sichtbar gealtert. Für ein 4****-Haus hätte verschiedenes schon länger renoviert werden müssen (z.B. Badezimmer, Teppich-Bodenbeläge sind nicht mehr zeitgemäss) und zum Teil sind die Möbel unschön abgenutzt. Die Kundenorientierung und die Motivation des Personals stelle ich mir zudem anders vor als erleb. Das Frühstücksbuffet wird etwas lieblos präsentiert und entspricht damit auch der Ambiance des Raumes.

Pros:

Great location just off Laisves aleja. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent bar and breakfast. Clean bathroom and bedroom with comfortable bed.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect, it is located just a minute from Laisves aleja, the main street in the center.
The room was big, the bed was very comfortable.
The stuff at the reception was so kind and helped a lot during the whole stay.

Cons:

There was a little problem with the air condition in the room, but it was fixed quickly.

Apsistojame ne pirmą kartą šiame viešbutyje. Nebegavom paprasto kambario, (kurie , kaip mes jau žinojom, yra tobulai atitinkantys mūsų poreikius)todėl teko užsisakyti brangesnį, per du aukštus. Ir labai labai nuvylė. Jokios ventiliacijos, pasijautėm kaip uždaryti termose. Taip vadinamas "kondicionierius" ūžė. Garsiai. Ir viskas. Jokios naudos.
Jei kam taip nutiktų, tikrai atsisakykit brangesnių kambarių per du aukštus. Reklama neatitinka turinio.
Gerai kad aptarnaujantis personalas šaunuoliai.
Ir labai nuotaiką pagerino geri ir skanūs pusryčia

Patinka vieta, administratoriai malonūs ir paslaugūs.

Cons:

Nepatiko tai, kad kambarys nebuvo išvalytas, tris dienas po stalu ir po lova mėtėsi nesurinktos šiukšlės, ir vonioje po spintele-tuščias šampūno buteliukas. Buvo netikėta ir nesmagu. Kadangi buvau darbo vizitu, nebuvo laiko informuoti vietoje.
