Beautiful room. Great location. Just off main pedestrian street. Easy walking distance to Acropolis Mall, bus and train stations. Helpful staff at reception desk.
Management cannot expect a single staffer to cover breakfast by themselves. One bus load of tourists cleaned out buffet leaving nothing for the rest of us. Dirty plates stayed on many tables while staffer did their best to replenish. I stayed at two Best Baltic hotels, in Druskininkai and now in Kaunas. Breakfast buffet in Druskininkai was way better and consistent with brand standards. Kaunas, you can do better by your guests.
Size of the room. Location is central. Parking. Staff was friendly.
Hotel needs renovation. It feels that it just outdated and some wear and tear is just too much visible. Hotel is also understaffed. Breakfast - all hall is ran by one person (one!!!). Breakfast food quality is low and I bet due to the lack of the personnel some food was missing, some was cold (and hey the lady who worked there tried as best as she can, this is owner's issue). Beds and pillows are uncomfortable. View through the window to a "ghost" building is far from a good one. In general it feels that hotel is dated it does not match the price level.

Розетка чтобы зарядить телефон находится только возле стола,очень не удобно,тумбочки кроватные находятся далеко от кровати,очень скрипит мягкий стул,шумоизоляция с коридора все слышно.Завтрак очень скудный,за такую сумму бронирования ,можно сделать цена-качество,а не просто так люди платят,а в итоге не получают ничего нормального.У меня был поздний заезд,я заказала болт фуд,указала в комментарии просьба доставить к номеру заказ указала номер комнаты,мне не доставили к номеру позвонила администратор и сказала спуститься,забрать.Я только с ванной,мокрая пошла за заказом,честно ,впервые такое отношение встречаю
Está muy céntrico y situado en una casa preciosa, nuestra habitación muy amplia, buen wifi
La limpieza brilla por su ausencia. El protector de colchón estaba repugnante, con manchas, la ducha llena de moho, no son capaces ni de dejar un mísero bote de gel (te lo cobran a precio de oro, menos mal que llevábamos nuestros productos de aseo). Carísimo para lo que ofrecen, 90 euros la noche para una triple por un hostal bastante mediocre.
The hotel is close to the shopping street, easy to reach the city centre. It is on the quieter street.
We arrived pretty late and our room was stinking bad of sweaty shoes/socks, the bathroom had a sewer smell. It was just bad. I went to reception to ask for help, at least the air freshener, the lady said that she wished she could help us but there was nothing she could do. Recommendation was to open a window, which opens like 5 cm.. I asked her to come with me to the room to check it herself but she said she didn't have time to do it. It was almost the middle of the night and there were not many options for us, just stay in a stinky room. The beds were quite hard and while breakfast had a good variety of things, eggs were over cooked and pastry was stale. It was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in for this amount of money, so never again and I would not recommend staying there.
