This is a real old world aristocratic hotel, lagging only but heavily in car access, understandably due to its positioning. It could, however, be easily resolved by a parking assistant and the intelligent use of the, more than adequate, space in front of the main entrance.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff :)
Pros:

It was very beautiful and clean. The facility’s and the breakfast was amazing!

Cons:

Unfortunately the Netflix was not working. We asked the hotel to fix this but they weren’t able too. I also booked a room with a balcony but we didn’t get a balcony.

Spacious rooms but abysmal service and food – Not 5-star

The location was close to restaurants.

Cons:

The rooms are spacious, but that is where the positives end. The decor is worn and the mattress in Room 706 was lumpy and concave with springs poking through. The curtains didn't cover the windows, allowing street lights to pour in all night, and the noise from the street and nearby church bells made sleep impossible.
​Service was cold and purely transactional; nobody greeted us or asked about our stay. For a "five-star" hotel, the lack of an extra blanket in winter and the poor maintenance is unacceptable. Not a restful experience at all.
The breakfast experience was equally poor. It was a very limited buffet with no labels to identify the food. The eggs were precooked and left floating in a pool of oil in the chafing dish, and the plates were cold. The coffee was undrinkable—thick like tar. While the fresh orange juice was a rare highlight, the overall display and food quality were subpar.
​Service was nonexistent. No one greeted us at breakfast or offered water or coffee. This cold, transactional atmosphere continued through checkout. This is simply not a five-star experience.
