Pros:

Very kind staff, good comfort, amazing location and very clean. I really liked staying in Hivas Hotel and I recommend the place.

Pros:

Отель небольшой, расположен удобно на тихой улице - недалеко от метро и довольно близко от достопримечательностей. Больше всего понравилось то, что заселили сразу по приезду (в 8 утра)! после ночного перелёта это был просто подарок, поэтому недочёты в номере я восприняла спокойно - главное смогла сразу немного отдохнуть. Сантехника была исправна. Кровать удобная. Персонал в отеле очень внимательный и вежливый. В стоимость проживания был включен завтрак. Выбор еды на завтрак небольшой, но мне приготовили очень вкусный омлет. В холле можно оставить багаж.

Cons:

В описании номера указано наличие холодильника - холодильник в номере был, но он умер похоже несколько лет назад =( Также из минусов - сильная слышимость из коридора (но это стандартный недостаток всех бюджетных отелей). Отдельной комнаты для хранения багажа нет - багаж можно оставить в холле, но холл очень маленький - пара чемоданов там как-то поместиться могут, но не больше.

A fost un sejur placut, recomand!
Pros:

Micul dejun a fost diversificat, proaspăt si bun.
Camera spațioasă si curata.
Raportul caitate pret, foarte bun.

Cons:

Nu a avut parcare.

Pros:

Micul dejun a fost diversificat si proaspăt pregătit.
Curatenie in camera. Chiar am mai prelungit șederea cu încă o noapte.

Cons:

Nu are parcare sau măcar o reducere la parcările din zona.

Комфортный отель, хороший персонал
Pros:

Очень приятный маленький отель, достопримечательности находятся в 30 минутах ходьбы. Номера небольшие, но чистые. Завтрак простой, но покушать вполне можно.
Очень понравился мужчина на ресепшене. Помог с чемоданом , был вежливым и отвечал на все мои вопросы.
Если нужно остановиться на один день для транзита- это прекрасный вариант.

Мне очень понравилось, буду рекомендовать это место знакомым! Разве что можно осовременить душевую лейку.
Pros:

Хорошее месторасположение, вежливый персонал, в комнате было чисто, уборка проводилась своевременно, хорошие завтраки, удобная кровать, наличие кондиционера!

Cons:

Слишком было слышно громких соседей даже в 1ч ночи.
