Pros:

Desayuno bufet muy surtido, las comidas como la cenas muy variada ,la ubicaciòn llegas a los Baños justo esta el balneario. espero repetir mas días. lo estoy recomendando, Tiene zonas de ocio,biblioteca, organizan entretenimientos, las aguas termales caliente ,templadas ,ducha,barros lo recomiendo todo ( la sauna es natural ) Quiero ir más días para seguir recomendando cosa .

Cons:

Para una persona adulta una cama de 1,20 de ancho se queda pequeña. Y más siendo de 4*. Eso es una cama para un niño. Por lo demás, bien en general.

Not bad for one night. But not great for lone travelers that need to work with good Wifi

The surroundings are very special. it´s in this mountain village and very pretty. The receptionists were friendly and there was parking space

I guess I came in a bad time of the year because nothing was open in the village. The hotel canteen was open. I went to see if there was something for dinner. I asked the staff about dinner, first not very welcome I felt a bit as a burden because there was a big group, but later I got a smile. The dinner is a fixed daily menu for 26 euros which in my opinion was over priced for what I saw was included. There was a ¨bar menu¨ with some snacks. it was fine, but for me.. someone who wanted a nice meal it was not a great option ( I was hungry and tired after a 4 hour drive so it took a lot to get in the car again ). There was a group so they said I needed to have dinner in the bar area. It did not appeal to me at all so I drove to the next village It was a bit disappointing that there is nothing included in the stay and all baths are paid separately for. The walls in my room were dirty and full of stains. I tried to watch Netflix on my laptop but WIFI was not strong enough and did not worked at all, I was on the first floor so it should have worked. The halls were also dirty and plastic laid around. Not bad, for one night. But I would not go there again.

Un accueil chaleureux et professionnel dès mon arrivée, notamment grâce au jeune homme à la réception, qui a su me mettre à l’aise et répondre à toutes mes questions avec bienveillance. Une première impression qui donne immédiatement envie de prolonger le séjour !
La chambre est spacieuse, lumineuse et très agréable : un espace bien aménagé, propre et confortable, parfait pour se détendre après une journée de visite.
Le spa est un vrai plus

- Ménage moyen : La propreté de la chambre ou des espaces communs pourrait être améliorée pour correspondre au standing de l’établissement.
- Petit déjeuner décevant : La qualité et la variété des produits proposés étaient en dessous de mes attentes, dommage pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.
