Excellent hotel, we really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was provided.
We especially enjoyed the breakfast — everything was very tasty and there was a good variety of food. A big plus was that the staff spoke English, which made communication very easy and comfortable. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Pani na recepcji bardzo nie przyjemna. Pomimo zaznaczenia pobytu z psem miała pretensje że nie powiedzieliśmy o psie. Mały piesek i cena za jedną noc 15 euro to lekka przesada. Zdjęcia nie odpowiadają rzeczywistości. Na zdjęciach widoczny jest basen, którego nie ma w obiekcie i dopiero po wczytaniu się w opis dowiadujemy się że basenu nie ma. Po potwierdzeniu rezerwacji i zapłaceniu dostaliśmy informację o różnych możliwościach dopłaty wymienionych usług np zamówienie bukietu róż. Niestety w całej litania dodatkowych możliwości nikt nie raczył napisać jaka jest opłata za psa.

Vederea a fost spre spatele locației (orizont de 5 m), balconul foarte mic. Deși era cana electrică de încălzit apa, nu era zahăr și nici cafea, doar două plicuri amărâte de ceai. Peisajul este superb, păcat ca n-am avut acces…

It is very good for a transit one-two nights stay, in a nice location between mountains and castles. The staff did everything to fulfill our requests. It has a nice and safe parking, everything is clean and if you have time it is a nice starting point for many mountain trails. It has a breakfast option which was good but not necessary great. We would like to thank again to the staff for waiting us at a late hour and for everything else.
What we didn't like is that they have sauna and jacuzzi but it is at a 100 EUR extra cost and it was not possible for us to use these facilities. When you see the pictures on booking you would expect it to be included in the price of accommodation or mentioned in the profile description what is and what is not included. The pool from the pictures is also from another location: Baska Therme. For us it wasn't such a big fact as we were in transit, but someone else might get some expectations :)
It is very close to Terme Laško and at a very peaceful location. Everything was very clean and the room had AC that worked well.
I enjoyed my stay there and didn’t find anything bad.
