Disappointing service.
Pros:

The immediate setting is nice.

Cons:

The shuttle didn’t arrive at the airport or it wasn’t clear which shuttle to take. The timetable posted at the airport should state the name of the shuttle bus.
The coffee machine in the room had no pods.

Lovely pleasure minus the door situation
Pros:

Liked the location ,perfect for what I come for. I had surgery done at Faceland ; literally 13 min walk.

Cons:

The only thing was yesterday when we came back our hotel door was wide open and we was out for couple hours. There was no explanation for this as the room hadn’t been cleaned nor was anything taken from our things.
