It’s close to the airport but I’d pay more to have a shuttle and better facility.
Pros:

The location is close to the airport
The staff were very nice

Cons:

It’s run down and a little dirty
Advertised with a shuttle service to the airport only to be told after booking that the shuttle does not run

Fijne kamer, lekker bed, goed ontbijt, goede service
Pros:

- Snel reageren bij vragen vooraf.
- Goede service (ze hebben een pakketje voor me aangenomen en ik mocht koelelementen in de vriezer koelen om medicatie gekoeld te kunnen meenemen)
- Ontbijt was lekker

Good location if you want to be near airport
Pros:

Although it was away from the airport, it was easy enough to get to on the 180/181 bus from bus stop D2

Cons:

Walls were really grubby with finger marks in a few different places. No body wash in container in the shower, literally empty. Toilet seat also was broken, so slipped off it as swung right around. The cleaner would definitely have noticed this when cleaning, but obviously having a bad day to forget the body wash as well.
When reported to reception in the morning, it still hadn’t been fixed on our return that evening.
In fairness, they did offer to move us, but we just wanted to go to bed after a long day exploring Utrecht & Amsterdam. Complementary breakfast was offered instead and accepted.
