The Hamptons in hot water

Location and also the quality of the hotel

Cons:

Unfortunately, the Jacuzzi was being repaired and the second thing that was very disturbing and unusual as we were in room 226 that wrapped around the other end of the hotel and it took 35 minutes with the water running in the shower just to get lukewarm, we called room service. We called the operator we called the plumber. The plumber came. He said that’s all that we got right now. He tried to you know do the best that he can but the water just didn’t get hot so we reported it to the manager and that was that they apologize when that was that

The day a stranger walked in our room on my son

Strangers walked in our room with a key to our room door while we were gone abd my teenage child was in the room alone on his computer doing his school work. An adult woman with her kids on my son the attendant have her our room key .

For an amputee person i asked for an accessible room and the bath tub without a bench was impossible also the bed was too tall and soft!!
