No hot water for shower in the morning
Pros:

Would be better if the room had hot water for showers. Very bad. No shower 😩☹️☹️

Wouldn’t recommend do your research before booking here you could always do better.
Cons:

I was told as I made my reservation that I had to pay $35 to park but it was not listed on booking after I asked for corporate number the manager came out and was almost mad that I wanted a refund because I stayed in not paying $35 to park as I just paid $200 for my stay. The ac barely worked I took out the screens and u could tell they haven’t been cleaned in a while

I would like to start out saying Victoria, you were absolutely amazing… and Gladys went above and beyond for us on our vacation. We had a really bad experience at a prior hotel. We came there and they just absolutely made the rest of our time in Miami Amazing. We appreciate you both so much
