Estancia tranquila y fantástica
Pros:

La atención del personal de recepción fue muy buena. Nosotros tuvimos un percance en nuestra estancia. La puerta de la habitación no funcionaba. El recepcionista siempre nos apoyo para solucionarlo, al final después de algunos días se tener el mismo problema con la puerta, nos cambiaron de habitación. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca hay lugares para comer y tambien hay cerca una zona de tiendas. La zona es muy segura para caminar en la noche. El desayuno fue muy bueno.

Cons:

No entraron a limpiar a la habitación 2 días. Podría deberse a que no servía la puerta de la habitación, pero no sabemos.

great location and staff
Pros:

The location is very convenient for short taxi rides to south beach, little havana and wynwood walls.
There are a bunch of restaurants at a walking distance across the tracks.
The staff is very helpful.
The parking garage has plenty of spaces

Cons:

The hotel is starting renovation as most rooms look very dated.

If it would have been a bit cleaner we would have been happier. Room was a nice size and breakfast was nice
