Mogło być fajnie, ale niedbalstwo wszystko zepsuło.

Dobre, urozmaicone śniadania.

Cons:

Duże rozczarowanie, głównie ze względu na standard pokoi.
Po pierwsze w ofercie, którą wykupiłem nie było słowa, że wybrane pokoje nie są zlokalizowane w samym zamku, tylko w tzw. podzamczu (500 m od zamku). Wystarczyło to zaznaczyć w opisie i nie byłoby wprowadzania gości w błąd.
Nie wiem jak wyglądają pokoje w samym zamku ale w podzamczu to typowe dwie gwiazdki a nie cztery. Plusem jest tylko powierzchnia pokoi i łazienka, a wystrój pokoi, a raczej jego brak to żenada. W pokoju duże okno tarasowe wychodzące na teren zewnętrzny (miejskie boisko sportowe) bez żadnej osłony, żaluzji itp.
Na wyposażeniu pokoju jedno krzesło plastikowe, więc goście zmuszeni są do siedzenia na łóżkach, brak podstawowych kanałów polskich w tv. Wykładzina w pokojach kiedyś była jasna, teraz po ilości plan można się domyślać jakiego typu imprezy tu się odbywały.
To jest opinia na podstawie dwóch pokoi dwuosobowych o nazwie "Castle Borougs classic", które zajmowaliśmy, nie wiem jak jest w pozostałych.
Mam takie wrażenie, że do dyspozycji gości rezerwujących za pośrednictwem serwisu Booking przeznaczane są "najgorsze pokoje", ciekaw jestem czy inni też mają takie spostrzeżenia.
A na dodatek nie dało się skorzystać z żadnego zabiegu w centrum spa z uwagi na obłożenie - to nie spodziewali się, że goście dojadą ? Jak na centrum spa firmowane przez Irena Eris to słabe.

Jedno z moich ulubionych miejsc, zawsze z chęcią wracam czy na 1 dzień czy na dłużej ☺️

Wyjątkowy klimat, pyszne śniadania, bardzo miła i życzliwa obsługa, piękny i duży teren wokół.

Cons:

Czasami muzyka na korytarzu i przy śniadaniu jest za głośna (słychać nawet w pokojach), duża opłata parkingowa dla gości hotelowych.

A beautiful and unique place with excellent food, but a few details prevent it from being a truly top-level experience.
Pros:

Beautiful property in a fantastic setting. The surroundings, architecture and atmosphere of the hotel are truly exceptional and make the stay feel special. The restaurant was also a very strong point – excellent food and a very enjoyable dining experience. Overall, the location and character of the property are definitely worth a visit.

Cons:

There was a noticeable smell of dampness in our room, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. Unfortunately, the reception staff also made two mistakes during our stay. Neither issue was serious enough to ruin the experience, but at a hotel of this standard I would expect greater attention to detail and more consistent service.

Basen i wyglad zewnętrzny pałacu oraz miła obsługa.

Cons:

Brud w pokojach. Mała powierzchnia. Brudna wykładzina. Plamy na łóżku. Córka w pokoju znalazła starą butelkę po piciu i czyjś prywatny ręcznik, który został po poprzednich lokatorach i nie został sprzątnięty. Pokoju bardziej wyglądał jak hostel dla robotników niż 4 gwiazdkowy hotel.
