Pros:

La ubicación me pareció bastante buena, ya que está a unos 15 minutos andando de la playa. Es cierto que para llegar al centro se tarda un poco más, pero eso ya se sabe antes de reservar. Además, para una estancia de una noche o una emergencia me parece una opción aceptable, ya que el precio tampoco era excesivamente caro.

Otro punto a favor es que nos permitieron dejar las maletas varias horas antes del check-in, lo cual nos vino muy bien para aprovechar el día. En cuanto al ruido, aunque no era un hotel especialmente silencioso, tampoco tuvimos problemas importantes para descansar.

Cons:

Lo que menos me gustó fue la distribución de la habitación. El váter y la ducha estaban dentro de un armario y el lavabo en otro distinto, separado del resto del baño. Resultaba muy incómodo y poco práctico. Además, el espacio del váter era muy pequeño y daba bastante sensación de agobio. Al estar todo tan cerca de la cama y sin una ventilación adecuada, se escuchaba absolutamente todo y los olores se quedaban en la habitación, lo que hacía la estancia bastante incómoda.

También eché en falta más enchufes y que estuvieran mejor ubicados. Los que había cerca de la cama estaban en la cabecera, por lo que acababas dejando el móvil prácticamente encima de la cabeza mientras cargaba, y las mesillas quedaban demasiado lejos para muchos cargadores.

Otro detalle mejorable fue la ropa de cama. Fui en verano y, en lugar de una sábana ligera, había una manta y una colcha con un tejido bastante grueso, por lo que daba bastante calor para esa época del año.

El personal no me transmitió una sensación especialmente agradable y el detalle del jabón también me pareció escaso, ya que solo dejaron una pastilla. Para una noche puede ser suficiente, pero para estancias más largas se quedaría corto.

En general, me parece un hotel que puede servir para salir del paso o pasar una noche por una emergencia, pero no lo recomendaría para una estancia de varios días porque la habitación resulta bastante incómoda.

Excelente ubicación para ir a la playa
Pros:

La ubicación fue espectacular, a solo 10 min andando de la playa, teníamos un supermercado en la esquina y también la parada de bus.

Despite very welcoming staff, I would not repeat
Pros:

The neighbourhood is quiet and clean, with a few decent cafes and a supermarket GADIS, very close to the property; the staff of the hotel is very welcoming, even though they do not speak any English, they still manage to make you feel welcome

Cons:

The hotel is on the second floor of an apartment residential building, and it does not have an elevator, but the major problem was a very unpleasant smell in the room I stayed in (107) from sewage pipes and sometimes even urine; the sink was incorporated into the bedroom (and not in the bathroom as one would expect) and every time someone used it above or flashed the toilet, there was a very loud noise in the room and accompaning smell.

Cons:

Struttura vecchia, maleodorante, ai limiti del fatiscente. D'accordo che è solo 1 stella, ma il prezzo non è bassissimo.
