It was perfect!
Pros:

The hotel was perfectly located to the waterfront and cruise terminal. It was walking distance to everything we wanted and needed. The staff (especially Bridgette!) was exceptional, the room was great (11 Ranger) and the breakfast/restaurant was awesome! I will only stay here when in Southampton!

Disappointing.
Pros:

Nice outdoor area.

Cons:

The cost of our evening meal was disgusting. £20 for a hamburger that we could hardly eat. The patty was dry, and the additions were minimal. Very disappointing. Our room was exceptionally noisy from a nightclub until late in the evening. Even the supplied earplugs didn't work.

Everything was great. Customers need to be aware that there is no lift but they make that clear at the time of booking
