Close to the beach
Not much to offer, expensive for taxi to go anywhere. Hotel offered private transfers but still expensive and could not get into taxi areas. No shuttle to airport available. Would suggest staying closer to Rome.

It is located at 15 minutes drive to the Fiumicino airport, the beach is just 2 minutes walk. Room is spacious and clean, staff is very friendly. It is easy to find parking place and it is free. Lots of different restaurant alternatives are available at Fuimicino center which is five minutes drive. I liked watching the planes landing but this may not be good for everyone since naturally planes are loud :)
The air-condition unit is not adjustable, it is either on or off which makes it difficult to get comfy, but it is not a dealbreaker.
Garden off room and near the beach.
I was arriving late and had pre-booked here due to it's proximity to the airport as i was flying again the next morning. Nice and close to the airport. The manager gave me clear and easy instructions on getting a transfer to and from the hotel (saving me big $$) and instructions on getting into the hotel and my room. All very easy, which i was grateful for.
Honestly, I cannot say enough great things about this place. I had a terrible 2 days prior and showed up stressed and over the whole trip. I was genuinely welcomed, the male staff even parked my car for me in the locked parking area next door. He showed me to my lovely room with its own outside courtyard, and a huge rain shower in the bathroom. The room was large and had table chairs mini fridge with a freezer compartment, TV ..all the things. But the shower and courtyard were my highlight. The bed was comfy. They have a restaurant on site and I had a delicious lasagne for dinner in my courtyard. Despite this I was also told about other good restaurants in the area and a mini mart I could go to. It was really refreshing not to be hard sold on their own restaurant which was genuinely yummy . The beach is 100m down the road and I was given a beach towel. Honestly this place and the staff are incredible nothing was a problem for them and I left the next morning after another beach swim feeling much more energized and relaxed. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

It was a very quaint and personable hotel. Very quick walk to the beach. Has rides to and from the airport.
Gute Lage zum Strand (2 Minuten zu Fuß)! Und in unmittelbarer Lage zum Flughafen! Das war ein schöne letzter Abend vor dem Abflug!
Es ist eben in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Flughafen - da bleibt der Fluglärm nicht aus!
I like that is something different it’s like a house, it was really nice, the atmosphere was very friendly and warm. The staff were very helpful and nice.
It wasn’t very clean especially the bathroom. Also it was a bit overpriced, for what they offered.
Proximity to airport was great and the room was fantastic. But the staff was the best part!

I stayed overnight due to a long layover. Stefano was super helpful before my arrival giving instructions for shuttles from the airport and self check in. Priscilla was very helpful when checking me in and helped me out with all my questions. Room was spacious and comfortable however it was scorching hot and the air conditioning wasn’t very efficient. The short walk to the beach is so easy.

Hotel zasadený do malej záhrady.
10 min pešo je obchod, voda je pitná, ale my sme si ju pre istotu prevarili.
Mali sme k dispozícii raňajky, také základné.
Letisko je blízko cca 15 min autom.
The location was excellent and the room was renovated and lovely
Great location, close to the airport. We stayed here for 2 nights before we left very early in the morning and the hotel was perfect for a stop over. They helped us arrange a transfer to the airport in the morning which was very helpful.
If you have a car, in the summer be wary that street parking is a hot commodity because its so close to the beach but after a few laps we were able to find a spot.
