Perfect place to stay for first or last night in Italy. Comfy beds!
Pros:

Great location being close to airport. Restaurants nearby but it’s a plus that we were able to have dinner at the hotel. The host could not have been any better, he was very helpful, and kind.

Everything met our expectations.

Pros:

The only reason to stay there can be proximity to the airport. We had to pay 40 euro to the shuttle to get there. Breakfast is nothing to write home about.

A perfectly located hotel for an overnight layover and opportunity to unwind by the sea.
Pros:

We were greeted by the Manager Stefano and whisked away from Rome airport to the hotel by the sea just 15 minutes away. The 9 room hotel was spotlessly clean. Stefano and Pricilla ensured we were happy and comfortable. The small onsite restaurant offered home cooked style meals.

We stayed for one night before flying but drove into Fumicino to eat.

Great location
Pros:

Location is almost on the beach yet only 15 minutes from the airport. Our room had everything we needed for one night between flights.

Cons:

The aircon struggled to keep room cool (like most places in Italy this summer)

Pros:

Fantastic host with great recommendations for food (we ate with the locals and it was amazing). Really lovely place, incredibly well insulated from the heat and noise from the airport. Basically on the beach and right next to free parking for property users. We booked it for one night before flying out of Fiumicino Airport and were worried about the noise, but you cannot hear a thing! I thought I was in a different place altogether.
