Small rooms.
Super close to the beach and restaurants
The air conditioning was not working very well, so it was pretty hot in the room and the lobby/breakfast area was not air-conditioned and it was super hot when we were there.
Staff was polite and the breakfast was good.
Area was run down. The room was low standard compared to the 4 other hotels we stayed at during our trip with comparable price.
The place was charming and the location was great for being close to the beach and close to the airport. Our stay was perfect.
The mattress was lopsided.
So charming!!! Rooms were spacious and clean! Staff was very sweet and helpful. Helped us w reservations, ideas for dinner and arranging a ride to the airport! We went up on the terrace at night for a glass of wine and it was very beautiful. Breezes coming off of the ocean were wonderful.
It’s older, but well kept. It was a hot day/night and the AC had a tough time keeping up. I brought a fan so that helped.
It was a great place to stay the night before our flight because we had a rental car we could drive to the airport the next morning. It's also one block from the beach, and the lady that met us at check-in recommended this great restaurant on the beach called Buena Onda. The room itself was fine-- there are double doors to keep the airplane sound out and it actually works. It was clean and the property is really cute. I just wish we had arrived a few hours earlier to get the most out of our stay.
The website says breakfasts are offered for early check out but it wasn't clear we had to let them know in advance so we had to miss out on breakfast, which is included in the price. Since the airport is so often used for access to the airport, and they had already contacted me about check-in time, they could have also asked whether we needed an early breakfast or not.

The hotel met our expectations, the room was a great size, and had everything we required. Staff were very helpful and kind.

Our mattress was very saggy and soft.
Room was compact but efficiently laid out. Good lighting, comfortable bed, shower worked well. Bathroom window was cracked open and we didn't see it until being in the room for awhile resulting in a few mosquitos getting into the room (no screen on this window). Staff were top notch, friendly, helpful, provided beach towels when asked. Breakfast was decent, good cornettos, yogurt, some fruit (apples and oranges), fruit juices, ham/cheese and breads. They provided a ride back to the airport for $20 which was a bargain. (cost us over $30 to get to them using a Lyft) Neighborhood is safe enough, some areas a little degraded, some not. Malibu beach club one block away seemed nice, we stopped in for a drink in the afternoon and watched families enjoying the beach. Sand and surf looked better than many other Italian beaches we went to on our trip.
Area outside our room for our personal use needed sweeping and cleaning. Table, ashtray looked beat up. It had great potential, but we didn't need this for our short visit, so it was fine. Other outdoor areas were much nicer.
Établissement atypique, ce n'est pas comme un Hilton mais c'est charmant, le personnel très sympathique, à 1 minute de la mer. Ça vaut la peine de prendre la navette à partir de l'aéroport en contactant l'hotel.
Loved the ocean air and the lovely courtyard. Also enjoyed the small homey atmosphere and the close proximity to the airport.

Priscilla was awesome in checking us in, getting help arranging for a taxi and providing information. The room was very clean and bed so comfortable, but nothing beat the location. The beach and beach restaurants were right behind it. I wish I could have stayed longer.
