I had a very pleasant stay at V Hotel Fujairah. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Special thanks to Shoki at the reception/front desk , she was very helpful, cooperative, and professional throughout my stay. Her positive attitude and support made the experience even better. Highly appreciated and definitely recommended!
Staff are good
the facility is dirty and not maintained
The room smell old and the pillow smell like a men's perfume. Everything in the room is old an not in good condition. Even the hair dryer is not working.

During my recent visit to the hotel, I encountered very unprofessional behavior from the bellman at the entrance. As I stopped briefly to drop off my children at the elevator, he began shouting in a rude and disrespectful manner. Despite my clear explanation of the situation, he continued to act inappropriately and failed to show any courtesy.
Such conduct is unacceptable in a hospitality setting and reflects poorly on the standards of the hotel. Guests expect respect, professionalism, and assistance, not hostility. This incident has left a negative impression and, if not addressed, could harm the reputation of the property.
I strongly urge management to take corrective action to ensure that staff members uphold the values of hospitality and treat guests with the dignity and respect they deserve.
