Good property that can disappoint with average service. Stayed here before, and same lack of service and lack of attention and absent hospitality from front desk staff. Zero smiles from any of the staff. Overpriced for the lack of service and quality of property.
Great location and beautiful accommodations

Location close to stores and amenities
Nothing to mention
Breakfast was good.
We asked for extra towels the night we arrived as there was only one towel for 3 people. The receptionist took a note and said the towels will be delivered to our room right away. Nothing was delivered that night. In the morning, when we came down for breakfast, I stopped by the reception again, asking why the towels were not delivered. This time the lady said she wasn't aware of our request. When I asked her to look up last night's notes, she said they don't have those notes, they are starting a new request list in the morning. I said okay then please send our room 3 extra towel sets while we had our breakfast. When we went up to our room, towels were still not there. I called the reception and said is it really that hard to get some towels. She said, it is on its way (probably coming from Boston downtown). Anyway, finally someone brought some towels. He didn't say a word, seemed so upset that he had to bring a towel. We closed the door and looked at what he brought, only one set of towel. Still missing the remaining two. I called the reception again and told the lady, is this a joke. After couple of minutes the same guy with a very mad face brought the remaining two sets. The lady said they had to call the manager to solve this towel issue.
So, why I am sharing this in such a detailed way? Because, I paid $491 for 2 nights! If you are asking for $491 for 2 nights and do not even have the service quality to provide such a BASIC need for your customer, I call this a big failure. You may be thinking whether anyone from the management or even the reception reached out before we checked out to at the very least say "sorry". Noone cares. Business as usual. My advice: Look for other options, at least find one who can get you some towels...
Property is very convenient to Boston and surrounding communities
Beds are overly hard and were uncomfortable. Parking fees, while unavoidable, seemed very high
We visited for a cheer competition, and the location was definitely our favorite part. The venue was less than 10 minutes away, and the hotel was within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and family-friendly nightlife options. The rooms were clean and spacious. We’d love to come back with our family for a weekend in Boston!
The property was walking distance to different stores. I also loved that the pool didn’t close till 10pm and the breakfast was great!
The breakfast staff were rude. I also had issues in my room where the shades were stuck so I had to call the front desk. However they did relocate me to a different room so thank you for that!
Booked room 2 months ago as I was traveling to Boston for my son's 16th birthday. Capital One informed me at 3:30pm the day of check in that my room had been canceled. Hotel did not call me. Proceeded to call and speak to Manager who told me the place is overbooked as they have guests that weren't checking out. While they offered to find me an alternative Hotel, they couldn't have informed me earlier? You didn't know at 11am that guests weren't checking out? Perhaps then I could have had more time to find alternative stay. Instead, I'm now stressed and strapped 5 hours from home with a 16 year old who's birthday dinner will be me searching for Hotel stays. Not classy move Marriott.

Location was perfect for us attending a funeral for a family member. The breakfast was great. unexpected! Using our room key to activate the elevator was an extra comfort for safty.
Modern amenities and nice staff
The carpet could be cleaner and the sofa was noticeably worn out, sagging from excessive use, and had a slight odor.
Proximity to Track
Staff confusion.

Can’t tell, everything was good
