Had a wonderful weekend stay with my wife as we visited our niece at Marshall and watched football!
Pros:

Clean, good breakfast, pool does not close until midnight which was great after getting back from a Marshall night game.

Cons:

Would love to see it be a little cheaper since it is not right downtown, but i get it... it's only business.

I was never more happy to leave a hotel.

It looked like there was feces on the shower wall and on the ceiling in the sleeping area. The sheets felt damp and apparently the rooms don’t cleaned daily.

Delightful.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, and the setup was well monitored. There were many options. The eggs & sausage were warm. Lots of choices for condiments.

Cons:

Only 1 thing. Toilet in our room was very low. Might be time for some renovations to better assist the elderly or people with leg/hip issues.

Clean, room was pleasant. Facilties were good. Location was convenient.

Cons:

Feedback regarding our recent stay. When we returned to our room, the air conditioning was not working properly. By 3:00 AM, we realized the room had warmed up to 78°F. Since it was the middle of the night, we didn't report it as moving room would be the likely solution, but the heat made it almost impossible to sleep. We reported it in the morning.

Very surprised at how excellent everything was. I will definitely stay at a Fairfield again.
Pros:

The rooms were clean, modern and fresh. The breakfast room staff were amazing. The food areas were immaculately clean and orderly and the staff person was friendly and very helpful.
