Cons:

Die Gänge im Hotel sind sehr eng. Es gibt nicht genug Aufzüge und man muss lange warten. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und die Betten unbequem. In unserem Zimmer hatte das Bad nur eine Schiebetür die man nicht richtig schließen konnte.

Pros:

Being in New York for the first time, I took me a long time to find the perfect hotel, but I did.
Everything was perfect from the communication to the check-in to the beautiful rooms.
The staff is very nice and friendly, the hotel and the rooms are spotless and the location is everything.
I recommend this hotel 100% and cannot wait to return. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very easy to get anywhere in the city.
Pros:

My favorite part was the staff. They made sure I felt like home and every question was answered. They kept my bags until late and no issues.

An unforgettable experience thanks to the staff!
Pros:

I could not have been happier!
Not only is the Arlo a fancy, modern hotel right next to the Empire State Building. The bed was super comfy, everything was clean and it was a nice place to hang out at even after the check out.

The best, however, is the staff. Never have I seen staff that friendly and radiant outside hotels like the Ritz-Carlton. Yet they don’t have this well trained friendliness. They truly seem to enjoy what they do. Huge compliments to HR for picking the right people and putting them in the right places.

Special thanks to Jamilah, Chiara (or Kiara? So sorry, could not find the card before giving the review) and Eduardo. They made me feel absolutely welcome and they are the guarantee this was not my last stay at an Arlo. If people are this nice at all of their hotels, you sold me on it, totally!

This will be a stay I will always remember, thanks to these three beautiful human beings!

Cons:

It was amazing. If it had an in-house fitness, that would be the cherry on the cake.
