I loved the rooftop. best and only good part of this hotel
flashing green light in room all night kept me up. air conditioning was extrememly loud and would turn on and off frequently. did not sleep good at all. i was also right by the elevator that was really loud. room was so tiny
I bring my own sheets to hotels but this was an unxpected stay we had to do and one of the rare rare ones I actually felt it was clean and enjoyed my sleep.
The restaurant downstairs has really nice food. I like Korea town where this place is. Rooms are compact, but somehow enough. Views are evesome.

Der Blick war gigantisch, es war auch recht sauber, aber für die Zimmer einfach viel zu klein für uns!
Badezimmer auch nicht soooo gut ausgestattet. Man konnte kaum einen Koffer ausbreiten.
L'emplacement près de Broadway et de Times Square en fait une base idéale. Le rooftop est aussi un bel atout de l'hôtel, quand il ne pleut pas...
Le prix des boissons du rooftop. Et le bruit dans les chambres. Il y a un ronronnement permanent comme si une machine à laver fonctionnait jour et nuit, sans doute la proximité des ascenseurs. Enfin, l'air conditionné fait des caprices et fait aussi beaucoup de bruit.
Nothing. I did not like anything.
No soundproofing, paper thin walls, whenever somebody opened the door to their room it sounded like mine was opening too, not clean, incredibly tiny room, no space to even open suitcases, promised empire state building views in city queen but it was not in sight, bed uncomfortable, roller blinds clunky, drawers falling apart, AC loud as hell.
Rude staff. Somebody organized for flower delivery to my room through the hotel but hotel stopped responding as soon as they paid and never delivered the flowers. I am asking for a refund and they stopped responding to me too.
Had to check out early.

Staff was friendly, shower was great, loved the rooftop bar.
For a hotel that promotes the views from it's rooms so much, they should make it clear that you might not get a great view from your room. Our room looked into an alley/hair salon - no city skyline views.
