A very comfortable and pleasant stay in a great location.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful, especially Verónica at the front desk. I was able to check in early and was given a fantastic apartment. It was very comfortable, bright, and exceptionally clean.

Cons:

The room was quite bright early in the morning, even with the curtains closed.

De verlichting is nog ongezelliger dan in een gemiddeld ziekenhuis. De bedden zijn hard en de kussens mag je niet eens kussen noemen. Met stip het ergste is de enorme overlast door het verkeer, de hele nacht door. We hebben geen oog dicht gedaan. Er is geen airco

Me molestó el personal de aseo, en el sentido de que la señora costeña encargada del primer piso, durante mi estadía golpeó la puerta para retirar las toallas cuando me encontraba en el cuarto, afectando mi privacidad, además al momento de sugerir como huésped que no se realizara el retiro o la limpieza por la misma razón (privacidad) se negó con la justificación de tener mucho trabajo y no tener tiempo para hacerlo en otra oportunidad.

Pros:

I’m truly grateful for the kindness, understanding, and professionalism shown by the hotel staff. Due to an unexpected last-minute travel issue, I was unable to complete my stay as planned. They handled the situation with exceptional consideration and did not charge me for the reservation. This level of customer service is rare and deserves to be recognized. I will certainly consider staying here in the future and highly recommend this hotel.
