Pros:

住的是行政四人房，據說是最大的房間，但房內空間仍小，而且沒有衣櫃，只有在走道有開放衣架，玩水後的濕衣服，只能掛在走道上，讓空間顯得非常凌亂，來花蓮玩很大一部分會去玩水或溯溪，一定會需要吊掛很多換洗衣服，但卻只能在狹小的空間中四處找地方掛，跟之前其他地方的承億文旅，感覺差很多，有點破壞我對承億的好印象...玩水之後就希望有一個舒服的休息空間，才會特地訂大的四人房，沒想到空間感只有簡易四人房的感覺，很可惜。
盥洗提供用的是阿原系列，品質倒是不錯。
下雨跟櫃檯借雨傘，提供押金是很合理，我以為連鎖飯店會有品質比較好的大雨傘，結果拿到的是超級陽春的小雨傘，整體而言，讓我對於連鎖飯店的印象打了折扣。
