Vistelsen var bra på alla sätt och vis!
Pros:

Trivsamt fint hotell. Rymligt, fräscht rum!
Bra läge typ mitt i stan men ändå utsikt över vattnet! Fint SPA, utomordentligt trevlig restaurang Tage, högst upp med underbar utsikt!

Den skulle kunna varit 10 av 10 men eftersom receptions personalen inte gav den servicen man kan för

Hotellet som sådant var utmärkt, rummet var perfekt, städat perfekt. Frukosten var helt enastående, och även personalen som skötte om den., Hissen filmen, korridorer var rena fina och välkomnande.

Cons:

Jag/ vi tyckte att han som tog emot oss, knappt tittade på oss, var mer upptagen av deras skärmen än oss. Gav oss knapphändig information, så att vi fick gissa vart hissen var, han visste inte heller i vilket väderstreck och ifall man kunde se havet.
Normalt får man ett bättre välkomnande.
När det gäller dag persoalen i receptionen så reste hon inte dig upp ifrån din stol, och visste eller hade inte dvar på en fråga om busstider som vi behövde veta för att inte missa flyget ifrån Luleå.
Som tur var fanns en ung man på plats som jobbade med frukosten som gav oss all information och framför allt rätt information
