El hotel esta bien ubicado, y en general los servicios estan bien.
El sistema de calefacción se controlaba de otro lugar, y era difícil dormir, la calefacción muy alta. No nos limpiaron nunca la habitación, y ademas solicitamos papel higiénico y nunca llego, compre uno. E hall central tenía hace tiempo unos cojines muy malos en los asientos, los arreglaron con unos tan blandos que al sentarse te golpeas la espalda en el respaldo.

Puerta principal en reparación, prueba de generador en la madrugada con sonido que interrumpió el descanso
The rooms were comfortable and the location was ideal.
The hotel was recently flooded due to the recent rains so the elevators did not work and we were not allowed to drink the water in the hotel.

Muy buena atencion del personal de recepcion y del restaurant. El tamaño de las habitaciones es bastante bueno. La ubicacion es exceleea, esta a unos pocos metros del faro.
Las camas un poco dura al igual que las almohadas. Los elementos que te dejan en el baño no son muy buenos. Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas, faltra remodelacion.
La atención del personal. Una mención especial para la Sra. Ana housekeper del Hotel quien resolvió todas nuestas peticiones
El equipo de aire acondicionado que estuvo fuera de servicio
La cena. Bien preparada, buenos tiempos de espera y buena atención.
El personal cerca de la cocina y bar hablaba muy fuerte y contaban de sus temas personales, que a los clientes no nos interesan. Mejor es poner musica
