Habitación para discapacidad puede mejorar: altura cama, en baño altura de lavamamos, nadie conocía el mecanismo del apoyo de brazo, en ducha se requiere de 2 duchas, una fija y la otra telefono y faltaba el soporte de la ducha existente. Existen hoteles con citófono en baño en caso de emergencia, basurero de pedal puede ser reemplazado por vaivén.

La estadía fue buena, pero tuve una experiencia desafortunada al llegar. Consulté en recepción si había agua disponible en la habitación y me indicaron que no, por lo que compré una botella en el hotel. Al ingresar a la habitación encontré botellas de agua de cortesía. Al comentar la situación al día siguiente, me señalaron que probablemente el personal no lo sabía. Esperaría una mejor capacitación del personal y una gestión más adecuada de este tipo de situaciones.

Que hubiera a disposición agua caliente, sobre todo en las tardes y comienza hacer frío.
Pedí agua caliente para darle a mi abuela y no había....estuve esperando un buen rato a que hirvieran un termo gigante. Al final tuve que ir a comprar afuera.

Buen hotel, con algunos detalles que mejorar.

Cons:

El personal de comedor, a la hora del término del desayuno, unos 20 a 15 minutos antesr, no repone nada, si quiere un café lo debes pedir, si no hay pan, no hay listo, la excusa es, ya vamos a cerrar.la hora de desayuno.
