No está mal, pero esperaba más del hotel

Bien ubicado, buena vista, cama cómoda , buena TV

Cons:

El precio excede lo ofrecido, no hay servicios de confort como té en la habitación, pantuflas, crema corporal, etc; los muebles son básicos y antiguos, el baño también era algo antiguo. El personal no está atento al servicio, conversan entre ellos en vez de estar atentos a los huéspedes. La comida del restaurant no era fresca (nos dio incluso temor haber podido enfermarnos), no ofrecen room service. El desayuno era básico . No es que esté mal el hotel, en general es cómodo, pero el precio es excesivo para lo que ofrece, no volvería

Junio, el extractor de aire del baño, no funcionó

Mayo, al cerrar la puerta y revisarla, segia abierta.

Abril, el agua de la tina, cuesta mucho para que evacue.

Son distintas avitaciones, falta revisar por mantencion la avitaciones, antes de reasignarlas.

Cons:

Habitación para discapacidad puede mejorar: altura cama, en baño altura de lavamamos, nadie conocía el mecanismo del apoyo de brazo, en ducha se requiere de 2 duchas, una fija y la otra telefono y faltaba el soporte de la ducha existente. Existen hoteles con citófono en baño en caso de emergencia, basurero de pedal puede ser reemplazado por vaivén.

La estadía fue buena, pero tuve una experiencia desafortunada al llegar. Consulté en recepción si había agua disponible en la habitación y me indicaron que no, por lo que compré una botella en el hotel. Al ingresar a la habitación encontré botellas de agua de cortesía. Al comentar la situación al día siguiente, me señalaron que probablemente el personal no lo sabía. Esperaría una mejor capacitación del personal y una gestión más adecuada de este tipo de situaciones.
