Très bel hôtel bien placé et avec super deco et j’en veux exceptionnellement mais l accueil est à revoir .
Nous avions dit que nous étions 5 avec un enfant ey donc avions demandé un mot d appoint dans la chambre familiale mais ils ont refusé et voulu nous faire payer une chambre supplémentaire ! On a refusé et ma fille a donc dû dormir à terre c est inadmissible car c était bien indiqué dans la confirmation de réservation.

L accueil du personnel et leur refus de mettre un lit comme demandé dans la réception,

NO RECOMMEND.
Pros:

I do not recommend this hotel. The reception staff were extremely rude. The room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. The air conditioner made a noise like a tractor running inside the room. The receptionist was unpleasant. The pool was filthy. It took us an hour and forty minutes to get the washing machine working; we had to call a repairman. There are much better hotels than this one, and at much better prices. We do not recommend this hotel.

It's a nice place, but signs of neglect are visible.
Pros:

A beautifully situated hotel; the common areas look clean; good parking; a pleasant pool; a very nice campfire area,the silence outside in the evening was relaxing.

Cons:

mold in the bathroom, broken toilet flush, clogged sink, noisy air conditioner, unpleasant smell in the room, I don't know if it's just me, but the way you choose your breakfast is strange.

It was comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

Didn't have time for breakfast. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Would definitely stay there again.

Do better with room clean-up
Pros:

It was beautiful but the rooms was a little un kept. They did not clean rooms, barely made up beds and did not vacuum room, other than that the employees and front desk was friendly.

Nice hotel but hard ot appreciate during the fire.
Pros:

Nice hotel with beautiful look onto the red rocks. The bed was comfortable and the pool looked nice. Unfortunately the Oak Creek Canyon fire was filling the entire hotel with smoke.

Good location, great views and solid hotel
Pros:

Our first trip to Sedona and we chose this hotel since it was more on the edge of town. It was a great location and super quiet at night. There are several trails to hike right from the hotel and the major trail heads like Mescal and Soliders Pass are just a quick drive. We had a king room with a small sofa, microwave and mini fridge. The fridge was big enough to put quite a bit of stuff in so we were able to eat breakfast and lunch from grocery shopping. We bought a small styrofoam cooler to put drinks in and the ice machines worked great to fill it up. We had a balcony with our room which was nice. Great shower pressure and lighting in the bathroom. The mattress was a tad uncomfortable and in need of replacement. It had a definite sag about mid-back and we woke up with aching shoulders every morning. The room was clean, smelled good and the A/C worked great which is a must for Arizona in June.

We got a decent rate since it is sort of off season with the heat. The only irritating thing is a $25 per night parking fee. This is becoming more common but not something I agree with, especially at a destination like Sedona that you really need a car. It seems greedy. Just include it in the price so it doesn't feel sketch charging separately. The pool area and outside areas were all great. There is a rooftop area on level 3 and great spot where we ate takeout a couple of nights.

Great choice in Sedona
Pros:

The property is on the edge of town which makes the views amazing. All the outdoor space is extremely well done and set up to get the most out of the view. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and have all you need. Great stay! Highly recommend!
