Pros:

Perfect hotel. Clean, comfortable, great pool area,, convenient location. Nice observation deck and fire pit areas. Friendly staff and concierge. Nicest Courtyard we’ve ever stayed at.

The staff and grounds were authentic and tall.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful. They spent time explaining Sedona with me, helping with hikes and restaurants. Room was great, restaurant was good and again staff was extremely attentive and genuinely friendly. The grounds were very nice. I highly recommend it.

Pros:

Everything was great from check in, to the grounds, to the staff at the desk and in the bistro. We loved the pool and the peacefulness of the hotel and the area it is in. The only thing is the fact that they charge $25 a day to park in their parking lot. If this was an inner city hotel and it was easy to take an Uber to the hotel and parking was scarce I could see that, but everybody that comes to this hotel needs a car and parks. At $25 a day per guest courtyard by Marriott is making a lot of extra money on parking.

A pleasant stay in every respect
Pros:

The property is located out of the downtown area, but close enough to all the attractions. The facilities are superb! The entire staff, from top to bottom, couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful. As a recently renovated property, the comfort level was better than we expected, but then again this is a Marriott. The views from the property, the pool, the lounge areas, take one’s breath away. If we ever return, or friends plan a trip this way, this is the place we will recommend!

Great hotel
Pros:

Hotel was great. The rooms were of good size and hotel staff was wonderful. Megan at the front desk in particular was very helpful. Food in the restaurant was very good and bartender was extremely kind and helpful

Bonvoy level means nothing here!
Pros:

We are Titanium level, every other hotel we have stayed at the parking was complementary but not here. In fact I got the impression that our Bonvoy level meant nothing to these people. Plus we didnt find out about being charged for parking until we checked out. Then to add insult to injury, our bill came to $xxx.24, they automatically rounded it up without our permission or asking. I know it is only .76 but that is not the point. So no we will not be staying here again.

Nice place. Great town. But…. Tacking on $25 charge per night for parking is irritating.
Pros:

The $25/ night parking g charge is highly irritating. This place is 2 hours from the nearest airport. People aren’t getting an Uber here. Just raise the room rates if you need the money.

Otherwise a great hotel in a really cool town. Great people.

Pros:

Beware. Disappointing experience to say the least. Folio errors only corrected when you pursue vigorously. Then staff takes credit for comp’ing a meal that wasn’t ours! If getting engaged go somewhere else where the organization cares. Titanium elite status means nothing. Nickel and dime charges. Tone deaf staff just treats you badly and thanks you for patience and loyalty. Disturbing and insulting. I tried various ways to resolve. They would NOT send a survey and instead challenged: just “try” to review us. Lame!
