Toilet pipes vibrated loudly when flushed so couldn’t use it during the night
Run out of sugar for drinks, wasn’t re-supplied
Paper hanging off ceiling
Mattress extremely bumpy and uncomfortable
No headboard on the bed
Unwatchable TV - not enough signal

Just about pleasant .won't be stopping again.
Pros:

Met by a lovely woman when arrived help us to the room. Place was clean and smelt good.parking a nightmare but not thier fault. Got first floor room as requested.

Cons:

Room was really small.shower cubicle not for a big person. Breakfast very poor.only available on Sunday morning.one rasher of bacon like cardboard. One sausage, one hashbrown,one egg ,one mushroom .and beans all overcooked not worth £10extra.

Breakfast was poor room was clean staff couldn't do enough to please. Shower was very clean 👌 would consider using again. But would go somewhere else for Breakfast

Friendly staff. Horrible bed.

Location is great and friendly welcome from staff

Cons:

Bed was old and uncomfortable - could feel the springs. Mattress was heavily soiled and bed was not cleaned (hairs on the sheets).

Whole room felt old and decrepit... Window wouldn't shut properly, electric oil heater in room despite radiator, floor squeaking, noisy extractor fan in bathroom etc.

Family were staying across street at fully booked hotel and I was only guest here, which tells its own story. Was cheap, but would have paid more for a clean bed.
