Moose hotel was our base to explore the area and spend some time in Banff. Well located, comfortable and good facilities

Amazing hotel room and majority of staff lovely . The spa treatment team were amazing.
Cons:

Miserable bar staff member seamus. Ignored us two times while chatting away from the bar . Really unfriendly guy . Let the hotel down .

Great stay!
Pros:

Conveniently situated to transportation, food and shopping. Staff were welcoming and helpful! Restaurant was great, atmosphere and staff were amazing!

An intriguing place to stay
Pros:

The staff was inviting, helpful and friendly. The roam bus tickets for getting around that came with the stay were extremely convenient and easy to use. The premises itself was beautiful and well designed and made you want to explore to take it all in. Certainly a place I would love to return to, both Banff and this hotel.

The two bedroom suite was a fantastic option for our girls get away
Pros:

The hotel is close to downtown with views of the mountains. There is a beautiful lobby with sofas surrounding a wood burning fireplace. The smell is incredible when you walk in. Also, the Suite options allow friends to stay in one room and the roof top hot tub and sauna was a wonderful way to finish each day.

Cons:

Some of the furniture in the hallways needs to be updated.
Most of the staff were very helpful. Reception staff needs to remember that for many travellers this is a once in a life time experience. Saying “next time “ comes across as sarcastic and unhelpful even if that wasn’t the intent.
