Berry Good！
Pros:

部屋の設備が充実しているこに併せて、清潔で気持ちが良かった。
朝食が美味しく、量も満足できた。（和食）
契約駐車場、地下鉄の駅、飲食店など近隣に有り利便性が高い。
駐車場料金のサービス券の提供があり助かった。

Cons:

特にありませんが、強いてあげるならロケーション（部屋からの景色：部屋211）が良くなかった。

寝るだけなら十分
Pros:

寝具とお風呂がきれいでした！
コスパはいいです。

Cons:

部屋の床、角の汚れや古さ、埃が気になりました。
ロケーションは夜の雰囲気が怖かったです。
空調の風向きを変えても寝てるペットに直撃で、止めると暑いので、調整できたら良かったと思いました
