חוץ מהתקרית הקבלה מאד נהננו מהשהות במלון.

המלון נעים נקי החדר היה מרווח ונוח.
המיקום היה טוב.

Cons:

קיבלה אותנו בשעות הלילה פקידה שלא ידעה היטב אנגלית ודרשה שנפקיד פיקדון שלא הבנו על מה.
מה שלא מקובל כי כבר גבו פקדון מראש על לילה אחד.
לבסוף שילמנו על כל השהות שלנו בו
בלילה וכך נפתרה הבעיה.

Disappointing check-in experience for a five-star hotel, made worse by the unprofessional and unapologetic attitude of t
Pros:

The hotel welcomed us with complimentary wine and snacks, and the room was very clean. After learning that we were unhappy with the check-in experience on the first day, the reception staff the next day proactively offered free parking and sincerely apologized. We were very impressed by her professionalism and service, especially compared to the attitude of the previous staff member.

Cons:

We arrived at 3:15pm and were told the room was still not ready and would take another 10 minutes, even though the official check-in time was listed as 3pm. For a five-star hotel, this was disappointing. What made the experience worse was the attitude of the female receptionist on duty, who showed no apology at all and kept repeating that the hotel had been fully booked the night before and there was nothing she could do. She even emphasized that 3pm was only the earliest possible check-in time. We would strongly suggest additional customer service training for some staff members.

Great hotel with great service
Pros:

Great hotel with an exquisite service. Arrived late morning, but was able to get access to room even though. Reception manager kindly helped with a reservation for the Next Door restaurant which was fully booked online. Taxi was booked promptly. Room was great; clean, spacious and a great bed. We loved it all.
On top of that the hotel is within a 15 min walk to the center of Prague
