Pros:

Bellissima struttura. Camere pulite e buona colazione con una vista mozzafiato. Tilla Torg é a circa 5/7 Min a piedi.

Cons:

Le stanze sono fredde, sicuramente é un effetto voluto, ma personalmente non lo gradisco.

Ok placering, ok rent

Cons:

Det var ikke muligt at få en ekstra opredning på trods af at vi havde betalt for 3 personer og det var på grund af mulighed for opredning til vores søn at vi valgte hotellet. Ved ankomst fik vi blot at vide at de ikke havde flere babysenge(som han er for stor til alligevel) og ikke mulighed for opredning.
Dårlig morgenmad, kedelig smag og udrikkelig filter kaffe.

Nie wieder in so einen toten, dusteren Betonkasten.
Pros:

Die Lage, hoch über dem Hafen mit weitem Blick war schön. Es gab eine Bank im Zimmer vor dem Fenster, so dass ich direkt vor dem Fenster sitzen und schauen konnte.

Cons:

Der Name „by Hyatt“ hatte uns gelockt, doch das Hotel war eine grosse Enttäuschung. Es existiert kein Hotelparkplatz, dafür enge dunkle Zimmer und düstere Flure. „Design“ bedeutet hier graue, schwarze und kahle Betonflächen. Dazu Blechmöbel die nicht zusamnen passen und keinen Stauraum bieten.
Wir kamen am Sonntag 18 Uhr im Hotel an. Keine der beiden Bars hatte auf und auch das Restaurant war geschlossen. Die eine Bar öffnet erst wieder am 15.8.!!, die andere öffnet nur von 11-17 Uhr. Wir bekamen nicht mal ein glas Wasser, denn auf dem Zummer gab es auch nichts + leere Minibar. Wer also abends keine asiatische Fusionsküche möchte, bekommt im
nahen Hauptbahnhof etwas zu essen. So haben wir es am 2. Tag gemacht…
Auch keine belebte Lobby und Zimmer in denen der Aufenthalt schwer fällt..
Dass uns dann noch 2x nachts(!) ein Fehl-Feueralarm weckte und wir 10 Stockwerke hinunter und wieder hinauflaufen mussten sei nur am Rande bemerkt.

Pros:

Hotellet ligger på 9-13 etage i en kontorbygning, direkte ned til Malmø havn.

Værelset har derfor altid en enestående udsigt til enten havnen eller ud over Malmø by.

Receptionen i stueetagen ligger midt i kontorbygningens egne rekreative faciliteter. Meget imødekomne receptionister.

Morgenmaden indtages på 14 sal, enten indendørs eller på en udendørs terrasse i en restaurant, der resten af dagen serverer velsmagende japansk mad. Morgenmaden er kontinental; rigelig, frisk og velsmagende.

Dette er et hotel, velegnet til både familier og til par, der som min kone og jeg, blot var i Malmø 3 overnatninger for at nyde hinandens selskab i dejlige omgivelser.

Det var helt fantastiskt! Svalt och skönt i rummet fast det var över 30 grader varmt. Från Skybaren på 10;de våningen var jätte fin utsikt .

Cons:

Det lyste in lite för mycket ljus från kanterna på gardinen.

The view from the room was good. The view from the breakfast room was the top floor provided good views.

Cons:

The breakfast was poor. The quality was low, cheap cuts of ham, cheese..coffee was just a large canteen of coffee, rolls were not so fresh.. cereals were cheap. The layout of the breakfast room was tight which is why you have to get a assigned time slot. Very disapointed with what is described vs what you get. The hall way to the rooms smelt weird. Room furniture was cheap. This is not a classy joint.

Enjoyed the stay, but be careful with nearby parking
Pros:

Overall, I had a pleasant stay and the hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and well located. The staff were friendly and the experience was positive in most respects.

Cons:

The only disappointing aspect was the parking advice. I used the nearby car park recommended by the hotel and subsequently received a parking ticket. While I accept responsibility and am not challenging the fine, it was unexpected and resulted in considerable inconvenience. I think guests should be given clearer information about the parking restrictions to avoid the same situation
