Personal alle sehr freundlich,für eine Nacht sind die Challets völlig Ok

Pros:

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.
Die Kritik zum angeblich unfreundlichen Personal können wir nicht bestätigen – alle waren hilfsbereit und angenehm im Umgang.
Auch unser Häuschen war sauber und bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten im guten Zustand.

Pros:

Prachtige natuur

Cons:

Jammer geen airco, het weer was op dat moment erg tropisch. Dus met ramen open geslapen, maar er was een rodelbaan: dus ja veel herrie . We sliepen aan de achterkant naast de rodelbaan.,maar gelukkig tot 23.30 uur.

The lodge was excellent, very clean, had everything we needed, in a very tranquil location
Pros:

For us it was a perfect location. We were visiting Trier and it was outside the city but not too far. We would definitely use it again

Fijn en mooi maar sterke geur
Pros:

De kamer is mooi en super groot, ook kan je hier goed douchen.
Het personeel is aardig en het restaurant ernaar is super goed

Cons:

Je moet hier goed opletten met geurtjes, door het hele hotel staan geurstokjes en ook zo'n automatische spray ding wat allemaal behoorlijk sterk ruikt. Als je hier niet tegen kan moet je hier niet heen, had er zelf al behoorlijk last van

Mini chalet net niet...
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel en goed eten

Cons:

Bed matras viel tegen
Geen brandmelder in het huisje
Kast in de kamer handgreep af en in het bad ook kastje kapot
Ijskast werkte heel slecht koelde bijna niet.
Moest nieuwe batterijen voor de afstands bediening vragen bij de receptie.
Buiten de stoelen vol met vogelpoep
Douchekop een ervan kapot.
Ventilator rammelde...half los
Allemaal kleine dingen war eigenlijk.net niet moet...behalve de brandmelder...die is zeker belangrijk

Tolle Anlage und Häuschen. Gute Ausstattung der Häuser und sehr modern. Hat uns super gefallen. Wir hatten ein 5 Personen Haus.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war nicht sehr üppig. Da erhält man in anderen Hotels besseres Frühstück.
Sehr wenig Auswahl und für den Preis nicht so toll.
