Sehr netter Empfang, tolles Personal. versprochener Oldtimerparkplatz wurde zugewiesen. Super Sauber und tolle Lage.

Cons:

Warm Kalt wechselndes Wasser in den Hütten. Kühlschrank Katastrophe, braucht 4 Stunden um 2 Dosen Bier zu kühlen . Badzimmerschrank mit Panzerband geklebt und Rauchmelderkabel hängen von Decke ohne diesen.

Value for money, nice location but overcomplicated TV and Wifi.
Pros:

Room okay. Elevator for the elder and for wheel chairs. Great location, lots of things todo for children too. Great forest walk to hill-viewpoint starting at hotel. Rodelbahn... very nice, even for adults. Very professional and nice staff at the restaurant, which has a great balcony with a view, perfect personnel/service, good food at a very correct price. Nearby there are plenty of things to do for kids (waterskiing, mini golf, football-golf...)... nice for 1 night, nice for a longer stay.

Cons:

TV full of complicated apps/services... but we got no more than 4 German channels after. Wifi same... online inquiring for ticket... filling out your details... to be short: NOT a simple and decent Wifi service that you would expect for this hotel!

Die Lage und die Sommerrodelbahn.

Cons:

Das Chalet ist sehr hellhörig und das Licht im Bad ließ sich nicht ausschalten sowie hing eine Leuchte aus der Fassung heraus.
Für eine Nacht okay, aber wir hätten doch lieber das Hotelzimmer wählen sollen.

Wir waren nicht im
Hotel sondern in den kleinen Hütten.

Cons:

Für 100 Euro die Nacht eindeutig zu viel. Sind einiges gewohnt aus Urlauben in Thailand oder Bali aber 100 Euro die Nacht in der Holzhütte in der Qualität eindeutig zu viel.

Ein tolles Hotel, mit super engagierten Personal.
Pros:

Das Personal, die freundlichkeit! Du kommst als fremder - und hast das Gefühl du gehst als Freund.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück war Ei, Wurst Käse, Brötchen Kaffee alles Sorten alles da, aber es fehlte was wie Spiegelei, Cerealien ... Das der Fernseher ausgefallen ist, aber das wurde so charmant rübergebracht- und sich entschuldigt, da hätten wir auch auch noch auf den Strom verzichtet.
