Elegant refinement in a beautiful location
Pros:

They make the best scrambled eggs ever! Special mention to Rachida who served everyone impeccably and with a smile. NIce size pool - great views of the sea and 5 minute walk to the centre of town. If you are interested in history and architecture, this elegant hotel is the place for you to stay. Such a refined ambience without being snooty. We would stay there again.

Cons:

We stayed just at the start of the season and it could be that it gets too noisy. The bar closed at 12.00 but people were still on the terrasse making a noise at 1.30. Best to stay there outside of busy periods if possible.

Pros:

Otelin tarihi atmosferi, sakinliği ve manzarası gerçekten çok güzeldi. Personel çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Büyükada’da huzurlu ve keyifli bir tatil için kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

Cons:

Tarihi bir bina olduğu ve zeminler ahşap olduğu için, üst kattaki odadan gelen ayak sesleri bazen fazla duyuluyordu.

A beautiful hotel, a trip back in time
Pros:

A beautiful historic hotel, ideally located with a view of the sea.
Very friendly staff.
Very good breakfast.

Cons:

We arrived on an overcrowded ferry on a Turkish national holiday, which we hadn’t been aware of. Walking uphill from the boat to the hotel wasn’t ideal. It would have been nice if we’d been told about this in advance. On our return trip, the staff helped us, which we really appreciated.
