Great hotel
Pros:

Arrived to this impressive hotel, managed to secure an early check in Albeit quite busy and had a long wait. Hotel room has everything needed for a comfortable stay, the air conditioning was amazing and much needed although the room was compact. Roof terrace bar is a great asset service was excellent however the food was mediocre. Breakfast was good and the staff were pleasant and accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to fellow travellers.

Very satisfying
Pros:

The location is very convenient, and we experienced generally friendly service from the staff. Our room was satisfactory, and we would consider returning to this hotel on any future visit to Rome.

Cons:

The main disappointment was the breakfast, which felt too basic and not up to the standard expected of this hotel. Additionally, we experienced ongoing Wi-Fi disconnections on our first day. When we reported the issue, the staff member offered little assistance, and no alternative solution was provided. To make matters worse, the connection took much longer to restore than we were initially promised.

Pros:

The staff were lovely and couldn't be more helpful.
They arranged special gift to the room !! It was comfortable and the bar was lovely!!!

Italienskt hotell med trevlig takterrass.
Pros:

Italienskt hotell i utkanten av centrum men med liten trevlig takterrass där man kan äta något lättare/ta en drink. Vänlig personal. Bra bufféfrukost där personalen talar om för dig var du ska sitta ! 10 minuters gångväg till centralstationen.

Cons:

Rummet kändes något trångt och det saknades möjligheter att hänga av exemplevis en jacka vid ingången till rummet.

Jeff was a star.
Pros:

The rooms are small, limited storage, ( id like more draws to put things in.) although they have everything, and it all works.shower and air con great. Lift is small 2 persons plus suitcase each, Breakfast was fine, plenty of it. Roof top bar was ok. Location quiet, Walking distance to Colosseum, 35 mins.
Jeff on reception was a star helping us sort a ticket issue we had prebooked ,via a tour company but not received, went out of his way to help.

الافطار ممتاز ، المكان نظيف ، طاقم العمل متعاون ، ولاكن كان هناك اصوات غرببه بالغرفه حاولت التحقق منها دون فائدة، لم استطيع النوم

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans un quartier calme ayun quart d'heure de Termini et des stations de métro A ou B. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. La chambre est bien équipée et les fruits et bouteille de vin offerts sont les bienvenus

Cons:

La salle de bain manque de confidentialité. Un petit couloir en face des lits, avec le lavabo en face, la douche vitrée à gauche sans porte ou au moins un rideau pour la séparer de la chambre. Avec mon fils, nous avons du monter en alternance à la terrasse pendant que l'autre se lavait

Pros:

The hotel was very nice, staff were amazing. Breakfast had a nice variety and it was very clean. We had lunch on terrace, which was excellent. All the staff were very helpful, personable and hardworking. We had a great experience at the Guardian!

Great staff friendly very clean very comfortable bed
Pros:

Lovely hotel so clean lovely staff all friendly from cleaning bar staff breakfast and reception would recommend staying here great shop 7 minutes walk metro 10 walk roof bar great lovely view ideal to get anywhere from here if in Rome we would stay here so give it a try thank you for a great 2 days
