1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge

It was me and my wife's anniversary we got the Superior King room with a great view of the Brooklyn bridge. Just a wonderful experience

Dariana at the front desk was incredibly warm and welcoming, creating a genuinely pleasant experience for both me and my family.

My husband and I had the absolute best time at The 1 hotel last weekend. We spent the day and night there celebrating our anniversary. Alex upgraded us to a room with the most beautiful view of the Brooklyn Bridge. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect and we could not be more appreciative. The whole hotel was stunning; everything from the lobby, to the restaurant, to the rooftop bar and inside the rooms themselves was so well designed. We had an amazing time and would love to stay here again!!

We've been traveling a lot to Brooklyn since our daughter is attending school at Pratt Institute so we have been up at least 10 times in the past year and we've finally found our favorite place to stay. We've tried so many places that were closer to Pratt but we always felt disappointed in the cost vs experience. NYC is so expensive to stay in and we were paying a fortune and very underwhelmed. I came up with a girlfriend last weekend and decided to splurge a bit and stay here and I'm hooked and don't want to go anywhere else! The vibe was amazing and felt so peaceful and serene which is wild to be right in the heart of DUMBO. Every staff member was very attentive. The drinks and food were great. We loved our room and thoughtfulness of every detail. I seriously cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. If given the opportunity, I say book it!

I had such a special Mother’s Day celebration at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully done.

My Wife and I stayed there for our anniversary and had an amazing time. The room was extremely clean and the ambience was great. A special thank you Alex Z who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. She is a true rockstar!!!

James Gripper at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge made my birthday weekend one of the most memorable experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel.

From the moment I mentioned it was my birthday weekend, he went out of his way to make me feel genuinely cared for. After helping me figure out how to use my breakfast credit while dining alone, he surprised me mid-breakfast with a mimosa, which was such an unexpectedly thoughtful touch.

Later, when I asked about possibly moving to a room with a better view, James completely exceeded every expectation and upgraded us to an incredible suite with breathtaking wraparound floor-to-ceiling views of the Brooklyn Bridge. My brother, sister, and I spent hours just sitting in the room soaking it all in. It honestly felt surreal.

He also coordinated everything seamlessly while I was running between appointments, arranged beautiful birthday touches in the room including fruit and a handwritten note, and was so kind and accommodating when my sister became sick on our last day and we needed additional late checkout time.

Luxury hotels are beautiful because of the spaces, but unforgettable because of the people. James made me feel celebrated, cared for, and genuinely welcome all weekend long. I’m incredibly grateful to him for helping create what was truly the best birthday weekend of my life.
