Categories

Cleanliness
8.2
Generally praised as clean and orderly in multiple reviews, but several specific cleanliness problems noted (very dirty jacuzzi, garden drain odors) that pull the score down slightly.
Service
9.9
Staff repeatedly described as very friendly and helpful, 24-hr restaurant service and good access control; service is a strong positive across reviews.
Location
10
Consistently highlighted as an excellent advantage (walking distance to Palacio de los Deportes, close to stadium GNP and airport); location is a top strength.
Room Quality
8.6
Rooms and beds frequently described as comfortable and spacious, but some issues reported (old mattress, slow TV, occasional AC problems, exposed bathroom layout) leading to a good-but-not-perfect score.
Amenities
8.3
Amenities such as free ample parking and airport transport are positive, but problems with the jacuzzi, trash-bag availability and some facility aging reduce the rating slightly.
Value for Money
7.6
Multiple guests commented that price is high, especially during events/concerts; perceived value is the weakest dimension compared with other positives.
Food and Beverage
9.6
Breakfast and the hotel restaurant are frequently praised as delicious and complete; food service is a clear positive in many reviews.
Overall Experience
9
Majority of reviews describe an excellent or very good stay (comfortable beds, good location, friendly staff); isolated negatives (noise, odors, occasional rowdy guests) slightly temper the overall score.
