Pros:

For the purposes of the trip, it was an ok experience.

Cons:

When we arrived we were assigned a room that was open, not, clean and strangely “configured”. When we reported this to the staff, they did not seem to understand the situation and took it very lightly which is something I personally did not like. In the end they did provide a different room but only after explaining the situation several times even though we had just arrived and checked in just a few minutes before the incident. The staff, although they addressed the situation, they did take it lightly and they were not very sharp identifying what the problem was. They need to improve their situational awareness and communication skills.

Excelente servicio y ubicación
Pros:

Excelente trato del personal, muy amable y servicial. Mi vuelo se retrasó y llegué casi a medianoche, pero pude hacer check-in y el hotel respetó la reservación. El servicio de traslado aeropuerto-hotel-aeropuerto es muy conveniente y puntual. Aun cuando el hotel está cerca del Palacio de los Deportes y el Estadio GNP, las habitaciones son tranquilas y no se afecta el sonido.

Cons:

El desayuno incluido es práctico, pero me parece que le falta variedad; todos los días el menú es lo mismo. En las habitaciones me parece que falta un espacio donde colgar las toallas húmedas. Solo hay un lugar dentro de la regadera, pero es poco conveniente.
