The service provided by the entire staff and management was exceptional. A special shout-out to Daud, Heru, and Shafiq for their remarkable hospitality. We truly felt their care and dedication during my girlfriend's birthday dinner. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, had a great time, and will definitely return!

I love all the staff here. They are always friendly, welcoming, and make me feel comfortable during my stay.

I especially want to thank Kak Ros. When I had breakfast with my son, she made him feel very comfortable and happy. She is warm, friendly, and very talkative in a positive way, which made our breakfast experience even more enjoyable.

I would also like to thank Kak Friska at the Front Office. She is always kind, helpful, and professional. She assisted us with a smile and made everything easy and convenient.

I also appreciate all the security staff. They are polite, attentive, and always greet guests warmly. Their presence makes us feel safe and well taken care of.

In an excellent location, Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya is just next to a big mall. You can find almost everything you want in the mall.
Hotel is pretty new and neat. Spacious room and complete amenities in the roo.
Room is nice and clean, and is quiet for a nice layover.
Friendly and courteous staff to help with checking in and out a breeze.

The staffs are helpfull and friendly. The food is great especially nasi goreng ayam 👍 One suggestion for improvement concerns the bathroom, which looks worn out. But overall we are having a great time staying in Four Points.

We are very impressed! How they make us feel comfortable, feel like at home, the people or the staff are incredibly helpful, always there for you when you need them , great you with smile , and they are so professional what they are doing ! Shot out to Amy in breakfast room , Randy in the bar , and even the Hotel manager Pak Albert , is always around to great everyone passing by in the lobby .
